Only informed they could not fulfill the order when too late to order from anywhere else.
Should not be taking orders if they cannot get stock to complete them.”
I do apologise. The stock on the website had not been matched. Our operations manager is aware of this and we are ensuring this system error is sorted, so it does not happen in future. Hi Neil, thank you for your review. International deliveries being held, was a blip that we had no control over. Royal Mail and courier services were not able to send outside the UK. This was not just mail, but everything! However, this has now been lifted and we have began sending out all international deliveries. I hope this helps clarify the situation. Kind regards, Jessica
