“As an Australian customer the system has failed miserably. 2nd issue never received at all. Query about this took ages to be responded to and was not actually addressed. Then staff defended their wait times. I would say zero customer service. Management should look at their training if they value their customers. Covid or not we can all be polite and efficient. Have asked for refund on issues not received. Will be interesting to see how that goes. Might be okay if you are in the UK.”

So it is now Friday & it will be out of date by the time it arrives, so no use at all & a waste of one weeks subscription money. Should be waiting for the week afters issue now. Hi Jackie, thank you for your review. I am terribly sorry that this has not arrived. Your subscription will be extended by an issue to compensate for this. Thank you for your review . Please accept my apologies for your TV magazine not arriving as it should this week. I was informed by the Royal Mail last week that they had major delivery issues. You should have gotten an email last week informing you of this. They assured me they were prioritising first class mail and the magazine is posted first class.
We have not changed our process at all and we post this magazine first class each Tuesday to you in the way we always have. You will also have gotten your dispatch email from us as usual. The late arrival is down to the Royal Mail. I appreciate the magazine is no good to you late and an issue will be added to your subscription to compensate for this missing issue. This means your subscription will last one issue longer than before.
I will be contacting our account manager at the Royal Mail tomorrow to complain and find out exactly what is happening and what we can expect over the coming weeks.
The next few issues of the TV magazines are coming on sale very quickly and not on the usual Tuesday. We are expecting an issue on Monday 30th Nov, Thursday 3rd Dec, Tuesday 8th December and then the next issue goes on sale on 24th December. All of these issues will be posted on those dates - again first class as always.
We are working as hard as we can to get these magazines to you as quickly as possible. As they are posted first class they should be with you on a Wednesday under normal circumstances. We know this is not happening and we ask for you please to allow until the Saturday for magazines to arrive - if they do not arrive by the Saturdays post please let us know and we will compensate the missing issue. Our customer service department is also working very hard to answer your phone calls and enquiries as quickly as possible. I do ask for your patience with this as we are a small and efficient team we can only answer one query at a time. Also if you have tried to call us on Friday or over the coming days we are one member of staff down so it may take longer than usual to answer your phone call. We will get to you as soon as we can.
I do hope you find this a suitable explanation as to why your magazine is late this week and you will be compensated for it. I can only apologise on behalf of the Royal Mail as that is where it has failed and I will be contacting them regarding this.
