“I give Unique magazines 5 out of 5. They have given an excellent service. However, I have not had any magazines for a couple of weeks now which I presume is because of the new Brexit rules. Hopefully my next edition of my magazine will arrive soon.”

Good morning, thank you for your review. I can confirm that due to Brexit, we are unsure as to what is happening with foreign magazines. No where in the UK (unless working directly with the publishers) are receiving any foreign magazines in at the moment. We were not aware that this would be a problem, or that this would happen. We are in contact with suppliers at this moment in time to discuss what will happen in the near future. As soon as we have the relevant information we will be sending an email to all our subscribers. “I did a 3 star review weeks ago, assuming my international shipping from the UK to Mexico would not arrive. I overreacted so badly. I only hope Unique Magazines accepts my apologies. They were right on shipping them by sea (since flights were temporaly canceled).
I want to be clear: My magazines arrived from the UK to Mexico, only took 6 weeks, even by sea, everything was ok, and UM always kept in touch with me. Really recommendated.”

“An excellent service is provided by this company. They deal with issues (caused by royal mail delivery) promptly and on a personal level. I like the reminders of subscription - telling me that my magazine is on the way and also how many copies I still have left before I need to renew.
