“During the time of pandemic I decided to take a subscription for my TV Guide as I was not able to get it online from supermarket I would normally visit in person. I have received a magazine four times now and out of that magazine did not arrive on time one week which was very disappointing. I don't think this is Unique magazines fault but the Royal mail. However when I contacted them to say what happened they added on another week to my subscription for free. I was very grateful for. I will very helpful when I spoke to them on the phone.”
“Having signed up to 12 copies and paid in advance I’m upset that I haven’t received anything in 3 weeks. Only compensation was for an extra copy to be added on at the end of my 12 issues and the onus is on Brexit! Sorry not good enough an excuse for me. I can only wait and hope that my issue eventually arrives!”
Hi Anna, thank you for your review. Unfortunately no issues of this are coming into the UK unless a company is working directly with the publisher. This is completely out of our control and is due to Brexit - we are having problems with all our international magazines. Regarding an issue that was sent out, but not received - I can confirm this was resolved with my colleague Ellie.
