I have still not received a single copy of the magazine I ordered.

Hi, I am sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, due to the current circumstances with Brexit, there was a difficulty obtaining lots of European titles into us, including this specific one. This is now resumed for this title and the first issue of your subscription will be NO 3 and this will be dispatched on the 05.02.2021. From this date, the subscription should be weekly , with little interruptions where possible. I do hope this is okay and I appreciate your patience. Hi, I am sorry to hear this and thanks for letting us know. I can confirm your issue was dispatched back on the 31st of December 2020 and for deliveries via sea freight to the USA, it can take a very maximum of 12 weeks. Please allow untill the 23rd of March 2021and if this does not arrive, let us know so we can get this resolved. Thankfully, from tomorrow ,all the rest of world deliveries will be sent via priority air mail meaning this delay will not be present. Poor customer services - messaged 3 weeks ago saying a double payment had been taken for a voucher I purchased, and included screen shots for ease of reference. Still not received refund and various emails remain unanswered.

Hi, I am sorry to hear this. We have had a large increase of enquiries over the past few week and are working extremely hard to get these resolved. Good morning, thank you for your review. When placing your order, this was chosen, to begin with issue 32. This is due on the 18th of March. You will receive a dispatch notification via email when this is on its way to you. I hope this helps! ^JA

Subscription was purchased on the 24th dec for weekly magazine delivery, nothing’s been received so far (22nd Jan) - pathetic service for the amount of money charged

Good morning, thank you for your review. I can confirm that due to Brexit, we are unsure as to what is happening with foreign magazines. No where in the UK (unless working directly with the publishers) are receiving any foreign magazines in at the moment. We were not aware that this would be a problem, or that this would happen. We are in contact with suppliers at this moment in time to discuss what will happen in the near future. As soon as we have the relevant information we will be sending an email to all our subscribers. I received the first issue and nothing else since. I sent an email to request more information about it and to ask for reimbursement but I didn’t receive any reply.

Bought the subscription for my mother thinking she would receive her favourite magazine in a timely manner, as she had been relying on friends to purchase it for her. its issued on a thursday & she isn't receiving until the week after, emailed customer services to query this & never got a reply. poor customer services

Haven't received anything yet and they don't answer their emails or phone. Disappointing!!!!! Update: finally spoke to someone yesterday who promised to contact me this morning at the latest, haven't heard anything yet.

Ordered a magazine and didn’t arrive within two weeks, I was assured it would arrive within one week. I called and asked what happened as I needed the magazine for a very important project - they said it was out of stock and failed to inform me. To amend this they assured to send me another copy that should arrive within the next three days. I never received it and called yet again to be informed that they didn’t know where it was.

Hi, I do apologise for this negative experience. We dispatched issue 11 on the 19th of December 2020 , using 1st class postage. We believe it must have gotten lost in transit and of course I apologise.
