Hi, the official on sale date for this was the 18th for December 2020, as stated on our website. This was dispatched first class on the 19th of December 2020 and it should take no longer than 6 working days. Thanks, Ellie Purvis :)

still waiting on my harry styles vogue magazine, would be better if there were updates on the order in future, hopefully it will arrive soon.

It has been a full month since I ordered my magazine and I still have not received a dispatch notice or any other information regarding my order. My decision to purchase from this website was based upon the quick response from a customer service agent on twitter who assured me that the issue would ship to my location. I have no plans to order from this service again.

I ordered and paid for a Gardner's World December 2020 edition as Unique Magazines had 2 copies left as I had forgotten to buy it. I have been collecting these particular editions for over 25 years as I love the calendar. I was assured my copy would be sent to me, but 10 days later it had not arrived. I called and was told that they had forgotten to place my order, that a manager would be told. I felt very disappointed in the service. I was told my money would be reimbursed the same day and given the telephone of a subscription company who may have a copy. On this occasion not a happy customer!

Hi, I am sorry we could not obtain the stock to provide you with this. This was refunded on the 18th of December 2020 by my manager and we are extremely sorry that this happened. Hi, This was sent on the 17th of November 2020, with 1st class postage. We had not been informed that you had not recieved the magazine and so I do apologise if this has caused any inconvenience. Hi, I apologise you did not receive this. This was sent 1st class at the back end of November and we had not been informed by yourself, that you did not receive your issue. Thank you for your review . Please accept my apologies for your TV magazine not arriving as it should this week. I was informed by the Royal Mail last week that they had major delivery issues. You should have gotten an email last week informing you of this. They assured me they were prioritising first class mail and the magazine is posted first class. We have not changed our process at all and we post this magazine first class each Tuesday to you in the way we always have. You will also have gotten your dispatch email from us as usual. The late arrival is down to the Royal Mail. I appreciate the magazine is no good to you late and an issue will be added to your subscription to compensate for this missing issue. This means your subscription will last one issue longer than before. I will be contacting our account manager at the Royal Mail tomorrow to complain and find out exactly what is happening and what we can expect over the coming weeks. The next few issues of the TV magazines are coming on sale very quickly and not on the usual Tuesday. We are expecting an issue on Monday 30th Nov, Thursday 3rd Dec, Tuesday 8th December and then the next issue goes on sale on 24th December. All of these issues will be posted on those dates - again first class as always. We are working as hard as we can to get these magazines to you as quickly as possible. As they are posted first class they should be with you on a Wednesday under normal circumstances. We know this is not happening and we ask for you please to allow until the Saturday for magazines to arrive - if they do not arrive by the Saturdays post please let us know and we will compensate the missing issue. Our customer service department is also working very hard to answer your phone calls and enquiries as quickly as possible. I do ask for your patience with this as we are a small and efficient team we can only answer one query at a time. Also if you have tried to call us on Friday or over the coming days we are one member of staff down so it may take longer than usual to answer your phone call. We will get to you as soon as we can. I do hope you find this a suitable explanation as to why your magazine is late this week and you will be compensated for it. I can only apologise on behalf of the Royal Mail as that is where it has failed and I will be contacting them regarding this. You can view a message from the royal mail here https://personal.help.royalmail.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/12556/~/service-update where it does list postal areas which are affected more than others but I have been told they are down almost 50% of their workforce in some areas.
