“I received my first edition of Bella on the 28th November. I emailed unique telling them that I was very disappointed with it as it contained 76 pages of the royals and 15 of adverts. Two pages of quizzes - no stories. I got a reply saying someone would contact me but nobody did - I sent another email but still got no response. I said I wouldn't have started my subscription until next year if I had known it was going to be filled with the above. I have now asked if I can have a further magazine tacked on the end of my subscription but still no reply. Not impressed”

“I ordered and paid for a Gardner's World December 2020 edition as Unique Magazines had 2 copies left as I had forgotten to buy it. I have been collecting these particular editions for over 25 years as I love the calendar. I was assured my copy would be sent to me, but 10 days later it had not arrived. I called and was told that they had forgotten to place my order, that a manager would be told. I felt very disappointed in the service. I was told my money would be reimbursed the same day and given the telephone of a subscription company who may have a copy. On this occasion not a happy customer!”
