“I recently wanted to take out a trial subscription for a new magazine I had never purchased before. £5 for 5 issues. I received an email the following day saying as I had claimed a,similar offer in the past I was no longer eligible for the trial offer bit I could purchase a 6 month subscription for a slightly reduced rate. Surely the whole point of a trial subscription is to see if that magazine is suitable for you, regardless of having claimed another offer in the past. As your magazines cater for a large variety of interests its very poor that you don't allow customers to trail more than one type. Unfortunately you have now lost me as a customer due to this”

“Saw an Issue advertised and phoned up to order it since there were only seven left. They said it would be sent right away, which it was but it was the wrong Issue. Phoned them straight away and they said sorry but they had none left of the Issue I wanted. Said they would give me a full refund. I haven't had my Bank Statement in yet but I'm not holding my breath. Wouldn't deal with them again.”

As this is being dispatched to Saudi Arabia it may take between 6-12 weeks to arrive. Unfortunately we do not track our orders, but all orders are sent out via the Royal Mail, who are highly reputable. “I have been using your services for several months.
During the first 6 months there was only one occasion on which my What's on TV failed to be delivered. Unfortunately this has happened twice in recent weeks. I missed most of the rugby match on Saturday as I did not know when it was on.
