Hi, I apologise you did not receive this. This was sent 1st class at the back end of November and we had not been informed by yourself, that you did not receive your issue. I can confirm I have cancelled and refunded this money into your account. This must have gotten lost in transit and I can only apologise. Thanks, Ellie Purvis :)

Terrible deliveries of TV guide recently. Only 1/3 arrived on time.

Thank you for your review . Please accept my apologies for your TV magazine not arriving as it should this week. I was informed by the Royal Mail last week that they had major delivery issues. You should have gotten an email last week informing you of this. They assured me they were prioritising first class mail and the magazine is posted first class. We have not changed our process at all and we post this magazine first class each Tuesday to you in the way we always have. You will also have gotten your dispatch email from us as usual. The late arrival is down to the Royal Mail. I appreciate the magazine is no good to you late and an issue will be added to your subscription to compensate for this missing issue. This means your subscription will last one issue longer than before. I will be contacting our account manager at the Royal Mail tomorrow to complain and find out exactly what is happening and what we can expect over the coming weeks. The next few issues of the TV magazines are coming on sale very quickly and not on the usual Tuesday. We are expecting an issue on Monday 30th Nov, Thursday 3rd Dec, Tuesday 8th December and then the next issue goes on sale on 24th December. All of these issues will be posted on those dates - again first class as always. We are working as hard as we can to get these magazines to you as quickly as possible. As they are posted first class they should be with you on a Wednesday under normal circumstances. We know this is not happening and we ask for you please to allow until the Saturday for magazines to arrive - if they do not arrive by the Saturdays post please let us know and we will compensate the missing issue. Our customer service department is also working very hard to answer your phone calls and enquiries as quickly as possible. I do ask for your patience with this as we are a small and efficient team we can only answer one query at a time. Also if you have tried to call us on Friday or over the coming days we are one member of staff down so it may take longer than usual to answer your phone call. We will get to you as soon as we can. I do hope you find this a suitable explanation as to why your magazine is late this week and you will be compensated for it. I can only apologise on behalf of the Royal Mail as that is where it has failed and I will be contacting them regarding this. You can view a message from the royal mail here https://personal.help.royalmail.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/12556/~/service-update where it does list postal areas which are affected more than others but I have been told they are down almost 50% of their workforce in some areas. I ordered a subscription a month ago and as yet I havenโ€™t had a single magazine or advice as to when I should expect one. So far Iโ€™m extremely disappointed.

I can only rate as 1 star as nothing has arrived yet. Ordered 29th Octoberfor a monthly magazine for great nephew. No information given re date to arrive. Just hoping its about to arrive for December issue

I recently wanted to take out a trial subscription for a new magazine I had never purchased before. ยฃ5 for 5 issues. I received an email the following day saying as I had claimed a,similar offer in the past I was no longer eligible for the trial offer bit I could purchase a 6 month subscription for a slightly reduced rate. Surely the whole point of a trial subscription is to see if that magazine is suitable for you, regardless of having claimed another offer in the past. As your magazines cater for a large variety of interests its very poor that you don't allow customers to trail more than one type. Unfortunately you have now lost me as a customer due to this

Had a subscription for four editions of New Philosopher and only received the first two. After chasing for months I finally learn from the publisher that they donโ€™t supply you yet you take the money. Thatโ€™s theft

Saw an Issue advertised and phoned up to order it since there were only seven left. They said it would be sent right away, which it was but it was the wrong Issue. Phoned them straight away and they said sorry but they had none left of the Issue I wanted. Said they would give me a full refund. I haven't had my Bank Statement in yet but I'm not holding my breath. Wouldn't deal with them again.

Cant seem to get the correct issue sorted regardless of emails and phone calls as a first time use finding it very difficult site to move around

The subscription was confirmed to begin with issue 07, this you were informed. However, unfortunately the single issue order was missed and issue 06 was dispatched out. Five weeks ago I bought a subscription to Kick magazine as a birthday present for my grandson. He has yet to receive any magazine, three weeks after his birthday. I ticked the box to say it was a gift, but could not see any way to specify a particular date.
