First week TV choice arrived half way through the week and since then despite being e mailed of dispatch the magazine has never arrived leaving one not merely disappointed but distressed elderly person. “Frozen ordered for 12 months 15/11/19 - last issue arrived in July! It was supposed to be a monthly present for my granddaughter.
Cubic ordered for 6 months on 28/7/20 - nothing has arrived despite an email on 29/7/20 saying it had been dispatched and when I phoned a couple of weeks later when it hadn't arrived being told it would arrive that week. It didn't and hasn't! What is the point of sending emails if you don't action?

Paid in Dec19 then Jul 20 only to find out magazine had not gone to print since May due to Covid .
I can understand their reason but notification would have been good especially when you have my contact email.
I only found this out after making an international phone call.
