Paid in Dec19 then Jul 20 only to find out magazine had not gone to print since May due to Covid .
I can understand their reason but notification would have been good especially when you have my contact email.
I only found this out after making an international phone call.
Maybe your service policy needs to be reveiwed”

Hi Shaun, many apologies for the delay in receiving your first magazine on this subscription. As this is a quarterly magazine it can seem like a long time for the first issue. Unfortunately, we do not obtain enough stock of the most recent issue to send this out to you - I do apologise. “I purchased a Wedding Ideas subscription for my sister in law. After 7 weeks, the magazines had yet to start arriving. I called Unique Magazines who informed me that the magazine had stopped being published, and that they should have e-mailed to inform me. I am still yet to receive a refund.”
“I have not received either magazine I have ordered (I ordered both copies at the same time). Would not use again. Apparently, they were shipped on the 14th July, it is now the 21st.”
