“Frozen ordered for 12 months 15/11/19 - last issue arrived in July! It was supposed to be a monthly present for my granddaughter.
Cubic ordered for 6 months on 28/7/20 - nothing has arrived despite an email on 29/7/20 saying it had been dispatched and when I phoned a couple of weeks later when it hadn't arrived being told it would arrive that week. It didn't and hasn't! What is the point of sending emails if you don't action?

Paid in Dec19 then Jul 20 only to find out magazine had not gone to print since May due to Covid .
I can understand their reason but notification would have been good especially when you have my contact email.
I only found this out after making an international phone call.
Maybe your service policy needs to be reveiwed”

“I purchased a Wedding Ideas subscription for my sister in law. After 7 weeks, the magazines had yet to start arriving. I called Unique Magazines who informed me that the magazine had stopped being published, and that they should have e-mailed to inform me. I am still yet to receive a refund.”
“I have not received either magazine I have ordered (I ordered both copies at the same time). Would not use again. Apparently, they were shipped on the 14th July, it is now the 21st.”
