As you haven’t sent the magazine as yet due to COVID-19 restriction I’d say the service is pretty bad.

Hi, I am sorry if this has caused any inconvenience. Unfortunately, this is out of our control and the royal mail informed us that they were not allowing any shipping outside of the UK. This was very temporary and has now resumed as normal, only lasting just over a week. I do hope this is okay and thanks for understanding. Ellie :)

Thanks unique magazines for ruining my daughters Xmas! Ordered Harry styles vogue as your website said there were 3 available and even confirmed this via the online web service so duly ordered and you collected my money immediately. 5 weeks went by, no magazine arrived so I chased you and were told there isn’t any stock!! Still awaiting my refund and an utter joke of a company

Hi, I do apologise if this caused any inconvenience and I understand any frustration. We believe this was a system error and we tried hard to obtain more stock. I do apologise and thanks for now letting us know. 'Cosmopolitan' was dispatched on the 30th of November 2020 and please allow 30 days for delivery to 'Russian Federation'. This means please allow untill the 4th of January 2021. 'Cosmopolitan Spanish' was refunded due to no stock and do hope this is okay. Thanks for your patience, Ellie :)

Tried to use them once. Took my money, couldn't supply the magazine so had refund. Only informed they could not fulfill the order when too late to order from anywhere else. Should not be taking orders if they cannot get stock to complete them.

I do apologise. The stock on the website had not been matched. Our operations manager is aware of this and we are ensuring this system error is sorted, so it does not happen in future. No delivery after purchase due to COVID. Why wasn’t this flagged on the website prior to purchase? Avoid if you are looking for magazine to be delivered outside of the UK

Hi Neil, thank you for your review. International deliveries being held, was a blip that we had no control over. Royal Mail and courier services were not able to send outside the UK. This was not just mail, but everything! However, this has now been lifted and we have began sending out all international deliveries. I hope this helps clarify the situation. Kind regards, Jessica

Shouldn’t let people order if they know they don’t have enough stock left and cancel them later when they are looking forward to their order

Hi, I am extremely sorry for the delay in response regarding this. Due to the expectational delays in the royal mail, we have been extremely busy in regards to queries and customer phone calls. I have changed the delivery address of both magazines I ordered which seemed a difficult operation for such an easy task. Then after all of that you send it to the old address again!!! joe

I can't rate this as Im still hoping my planned "Surprise Christmas Present" will be delivered for Christmas! Disappointed, I had to reveal my surprise has taken the joy out of this gift. I had to check if she received the magazine, therefore Im very upset

When ordering Daphne's Diary within the UK, the subscription will always begin with the next issue and this is stated in the top description, on the following link https://www.uniquemagazines.co.uk/Daphnes-Diary-Magazine-Subscription-p355211 This means your first issue will be dispatched on the 12th of January 2021 and will be number 1. I received my first edition of Bella on the 28th November. I emailed unique telling them that I was very disappointed with it as it contained 76 pages of the royals and 15 of adverts. Two pages of quizzes - no stories. I got a reply saying someone would contact me but nobody did - I sent another email but still got no response. I said I wouldn't have started my subscription until next year if I had known it was going to be filled with the above. I have now asked if I can have a further magazine tacked on the end of my subscription but still no reply. Not impressed
