I found out something this week that left a true distaste in my mouth for UPS as a whole. This has nothing to do with the packages, delivery or drivers - it's with the company itself and their protocol. Once a UPS driver has completed their long tedious shift of delivering over 100-200 heavy packages per day - like a regular employee anywhere else, they would like to go home and rest or be with their family. However, I found out that UPS makes the drivers that finish their load early go help those other drivers that are seemingly not up to par or milking the clock. This could mean taking another 30-60+ more stops (100+ packages or more) off of another driver that doesn't want to work as hard. So instead of rewarding the employee that completed their job in a timely manner by letting them go home as their work for the day has been completed, they are FORCING those that work hard to help those that don't. This means that the hard working driver(s) have to work an extra 3-4 hours per day. The grueling job takes a toll on the UPS drivers bodies on a regular work day - and God help the ones working even extra hard to accommodate those that don't. In any other company that I've known - the reward goes to the hard workers, not the lazy bums. The slower drivers that milk the clock should have to complete their own shift themselves. I find it unreal that whoever is drafting this protocol wouldn't realize what a bad idea this is. This concept completely ruins any good employees work ethic and morale - and now ruins my taste for them as a company.

They delivered my package to my neighbor, and then someone stole it from my porch. The tracking numbers don't work. I would almost rather just drive 2 hours away to get what I need because UPS is not reliable what so ever and I am amazed that they can't deliver packages to the right house even thought the house number are VISIBLY DIFFERENT.

UPS ~ Appalling Service My Shipment was damaged beyond repair, I cannot find out where it is I am led to believe it has been retrieved back from the Recipient (who didn't know it had been delivered as they had not left a card and it was our of sight!) Unware UPS were to recollect it although the driver was dam rude and impatient. I can't file a claim because their system won't let me. No further on after 3 waste of time phone calls! Absolutely disgusting.

I have a long driveway but the last 2 shipments delivered by UPS has been left sitting at the bottom in the middle of my driveway in the pouring rain. I have plenty of space to turn around and a covered porch. The service has increasingly declined from UPS. Very dissatisfied.

UPS notified us delivery Fri 14th 10:30 - 13:30. Bit miffed as that was my wifes birthday and we were going out to the Friars for 12:30 Mass. Then thought well we can go out afterwards. Tracking said out for delivery from about 12miles away, 13:30 came and went no delivery. 17:30, 19:30, 22:00hrs we gave up and went to bed. No contact from UPS to say why. Now it says Monday, do I believe them, no. Not suppliers fault, but seems UPS trying to be the new Heremes with poor customer service?

Package notice left call back and now waiting in hall from 2 to 3:30. On phone again and there's no 2 to 3. I just sat in the hallway staring at the sun to be told later eta not disclosed. We'll try to call you. I need this item as the heatwave is making me and my service animal sick. I'm gunna guess later I'll have another note that makes no sense What a waste of a whole day 11-3:50 chasing them. Go ship else where and pay the extra penny. This is not worth the migraine don't do it to yourself...

Terrible experience. Will never use them again. You call about your pkg and they just lie and tell you whatever. First of all they lost it. Then after I can continuously calling got a supervisor who called and found it in Ft Worth and told me someone would call me in 1 hour. We'll no one ever called. I kept calling people and was told lie after lie about where it was. I was given a number to call in Ft Worth and I called it 26 times no answer and no one ever called me back. I was told it was on a truck. No it wasn't. Then I was told they would call dispatch. I got a call from the wrong State. Finally my son drove 2 hours to Ft Worth to the hub and they said it was there but they were still looking for it at close. They put my son on a call list. Thanks UPS you just screwed me over. I paid $109.00 to get it overnight and now 4 days later still no pkg. UPS ruined our trip to Europe that my son waited 6 years to get to go on. You cost me a ton of money and ruined our trip. Pitiful company. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

I am very frustrating about UPS has still not delivered my package to UK which I sent it 17 days before. UPS takes high price for express shipment but there it is, you can see it attached. On the other hand I sent another package beginning of the week with FEDEX. FEDEX has already delivered my package and is taken only 3 days find it attached. Thank you FEDEX, good by ups.

After sitting in front of my open door over 4 hours I received an attempted delivery notice on their app. Thier app showed the driver in the Taco Belle parking lot behind my apt complex when I received the notice. This is not the first time. I watched on the app as the driver went past my address 3 times and did not come I the complex. There is no gates, fences, pets, codes or anything else that would hinder a delivery. With much luck my package will show up today. I am a disabled senior citizen and really don't need any type of stress. I also do not deserve to be lied to. The drivers do not care because the company does not care, you can't even talk to a person at customer service it's just a runaround to tell you what you already know. Where there is no accountability there is no service. The BBB gives them a high rating but the reviews there are even worse than here, go figure.

I ordered an expensive silk scarf from Italy. I heard nothing for two weeks, and when I used the tracking facility of the Italian courier (Spedire) it said that the item was with UPS and that there was duty unpaid. I duly rang up UPS and paid the duty by credit card over the phone. Every day since then, the site shows the duty as unpaid, the driver did not pick up the item because of unpaid duty, I would ring UPS and they would confirm that duty had been paid and that the item would be delivered "tomorrow". The next day exactly the same thing would happen. Clearly the despatch department never talks to the accounts department and the parcel is stuck in a bureaucratic loop which it is impossible ever to break out of. This has been going on for weeks and I have still not got my scarf. Can I urge alll sellers and shippers never, ever, ever to use this company.

DO NOT USE UPS! An actual joke of a company. They make their money from stealing from customers. Parcel as simple as UK to Ireland. Supposed to take 2 or 3 days ended up taking 2 weeks. Via Germany! Then an added 22 euro out of nowhere so they can delivery it! They blackmail people into paying as they hold your package until you pay or they return it and charge you more fees if they return it to you! I agree with one of the reviews. Boycott UPS!

Avoid! Avoid like a plague! We paid £70 for delivery, £128 for a return of failed delivery and now they want £210 for import charges ! This company is responsible for 90% off all the shipping issues we have. They keep on failing to deliver international shipments, keep charging us extortionate amounts for shipments they failed to deliver and on top of this , UPS is trying to collect import VAT on the shipment they failed to deliver.

Lots to chat about here..I've waited a week for an item to be delivered, I get notifications of a delivery today, no time slot as apparently that is not possible do. I wait in all day and I miss the driver by 2minutes. School run was needed to be done. I leave a note asking for him to call me or deliver my parcel to my neighbour. Neither done. Call up ups and I'm not allowed to find the driver with my Id to collect my parcel, he cant come back but can try tomorrow, again an all day appointment.. Customer service is shocking, to change an address is 24h and they only do weekday deliveries.. I will actively be looking to avoid companies who use this non time tracking worldwide company for my future purchases..

A gentleman named Matthew was very friendly, professional and went out of his way to help me at the Dundas location across from Cloverdale mall. I was unaware of their closing hours and showed up as he was closing the doors but he went out of his way to accomodate me and serve me with a very pleasant attitude. Not enough of this in customer service. Thank you!!!

Not good to get parcels from India. Better to get the things if someone is coming or one can book a flight and bring things if there are a lot of stuff. Since, people charge a bomb on import duties like 100 or 120 pounds.

I heard UPS is one of the worst couriers to deal with. I purchased a jacket from Carhartt who, unfortunately, uses UPS as their courier. The morning of the delivery I cracked the door open to let the delivery person know I was home. Better yet, I stayed by the door when it was supposedly being delivered. I got the notification that it was delivered and it never showed up. I checked the address and it was correct so I called UPS and they did nothing to help me. I read other reviews which said UPS drivers are known to STEAL packages... I'm positive the driver saw that the package was from Carhartt and never delivered it so he could keep it for himself. I lost $350 and UPS did nothing for me. At least hold your drivers/criminals accountable.

UPDATE So today is 22nd March 2023, we were told yesterday that the package was on a plane to Italy, and this morning we are told that the package is still in the UK, lawyers have been instructed, it is such a ridiculous mess, UPS have now caused us more stress and consistently lied, it is just such a logical fallacy that a business can trade like this. We are currently enduring with UPS. There has been zero communication with our parcel, they never picked up on the day they said, the parcel is still in the UK and I have travelled out to Italy and I am now stuck here until it arrives and I have a wife and newborn at home. I was given assurance from the depot in Exeter that the package would be in Italy on the 15th we are now on the 20th. The level of incompetence is astounding if not comedic, they just do not seem to have a clue what they are doing. I completely accurately all of the forms online and I have consequently spent many hours correcting their errors. This has brought great stress to me and my wife, and had I not chased then I have no idea where we would be now! Just don’t use them, if everyone boycotted these companies they would through commercial pressure have to improve. Once this saga is over I will speak with my legal team about recovering the extraneous costs due to prolongation. UPDATE: So the saga persists! I have been continually and consistently lied to by UPS, I have been told it has been cleared and then not, that I need to provide information that they have and then apologised for now on 5 consecutive occasions. I have been promised several calls back and nothing. This is now unfortunately been escalated to our legal department which just feels so unnecessary. If they were even able to give some context to what the issue is and a realistic outside time then we can work with this, but even now as of 10:22 gmt the online system tells me that the delivery will be today however when I call UPS they tell me no chance and that the package is STILL in the UK, it is disgusting
