“The item did not look as nice as on the picture and its a shame that customers have to pay to return things”

“I ordered a present for Christmas delivery and the item itself was fine, but the pakaging the present came in was awful it looked second hand and I had to present that to someone as a present which is embarrassing”

“Some items were cancelled once I had already placed the order and paid which was not good as I then didn't have time to order another item and it would have incurred an extra cost for delivery. I then wrote to customer service to ensure I had not been charged for the item that I paid for but the customer service department didn't get back to me for some time. However, the items were really good and it did come in time for Christmas. I would still order from here in the future.”

“Shoes come dirty in a box, it was very difficult to clean them, wet tissue, alcohol or acetone didn’t help. Because it was a Christmas present I didn’t have time for returning and reordering. Very unpleasant”

“The delivery of my item was late, I wasn’t kept up to date with the progress of my item, I had to email to see if it was actually going to turn up, as you can’t track the item to see if it has been dispatched or out for delivery. Also I think having to pay £3.99 for delivery is unacceptable, especially when I was having the item delivered to one of their own stores!!”

“Order was great for 3 out of 4 items. The Soviet shirt sent was a medium despite ordering XXL. Disappointed that I cannot give that to my son as part of his Christmas present.”

“Items arrived on time and I was pleased with items ordered apart from 1 which was described as XL but when I opened it was more like a medium in average sizes. If some brands sizes differ this much it should warn you when ordering.”

“Disappointed as order placed and accepted to then receive email 2 days later to say 1 item out of stock . This meant if I wanted a different item in place of one ordered then I had to pay a further £5 delivery charge.”

“Annoying you have to pay £5 for delivery to collect. Don't worry tho you get £5 to spend in store when you do collect. What they don't tell you is that it is a voucher for sports direct if you pick up from there!”

“I've sent an email, and yet to have a response. Also not very clear about exchange. I'm not to sure when it's getting redelivered. I'm guessing I'm supposed to sort it being picked up myself. Service is poor.”

“Order came in good time. However one item was of poor quality. Looked as though it had been tried on by somebody far too big, and stretched out of shape! Returning this item then cost almost at £5, which in my opinion should be refunded as USC provided such a poor quality product!”
