Good clothes and prices but £4.99 delivery is a rip off. Won’t be shopping here again whilst the price is so expensive for delivery.

I found having to pay for delivery and pay for the return a joke. I would not shop with USC again based on this.

I have shopped on USC many times and been happy with the service. However this time I have had my order amended due to not being able to be fulfilled. The email I received notifying me of this was of such poor quality I was shocked. There was no information on whether I will be reimbursed or anything? I have also emailed your customer service contact and surprisingly had to reply. It’s such a shame this has occurred but it has made me re-think shopping with USC now.

Delivery times are getting longer. Still Waiting over 10 days to get a beanie hat delivered. Fair enough it's the Christmas period but it shouldn't take That long. Plus I ordered other items and they still haven't been sent to courier yet after 7 days !!!

The website first said that our transaction had failed so we went elsewhere and purchased the same item. However, I then got an email saying my order from USC had been dispatched after it had "failed" on me on the website (which it obviously hadn't). We went to USC first because of its competitive prices but it was irritating that the website crashed on us and charged us anyway for the item which we got in the end, but after buying from a second place as well.

Your delivery is expensive especially since I went into the store and they didn’t have the item I wanted so I was forced into paying delivery!

Paid £8 for delivery and got the email and a text to say it would be delivered on the 28th by dpd but it didn’t get delivered till the 29th. Also one of the things I ordered already has a hole in it and I’ve had it for just under a week

Product is fine, delivery company was terrible! I paid for next day delivery to our company address (open 24 hours) and they put on there system we wasn’t in on the 27th dec finally receive item on the 2nd Jan! Not good at all.

I have had to return a pair of boots as the size was wrong and pair of pants as they wernt like they were in the pics. Other than order arrived fast

I ll give a rating of Average really. Because when I ordered it didn’t state that it had to be signed for. As normally I get them to leave parcels somewhere as I work long hours. So I nearly had the parcel sent back to sender due to not been in. I tried every possible number on the internet to try and change delivery address to my work. With no joy what so ever over 8 different USC stores I rang and each and everyone rang and rang and cut off. So Customer Service is appalling really. It was not for the Hermes delivery driver leaving his mobile number for me to arrange on my day I wouldn’t of had my parcel. You need to fix up on the delivery policy and how it works or should I say does not work! But yes my items are fine

I paid for next day delivery and received it 4 days later but I’ve not got refunded on my delivery charge apart from that nothing to complain about

Always use USC and never had any problems. Disappointed this Christmas as received a faulty designer garment which was visible immediately and could have been avoided if staff had been more vigilant with the items they are sending out.

Goods received and happy with the product, however i am disappointed the purchase price on the box states the item is priced at £25, despite me paying £36. It was my intention of buying another of the same item but in a different colour, however i may reconsider this if i am going to be charged £36.

Ordered 3 items and 1 was cancelled as stating not in stock even tho it allowed me to order it (staring it was in stock) It did not allow me to cancel my order, merely told me they had removed the out of stock item - I actually would have cancelled the entire order as was not cost effective with the 5.99 postage as the item they removed was the most expensive on my order. I could have just gone to store for the remaining 2 items and saved on my postage!

Great stuff at good prices but takes very long to receive the stuff I've ordered. I think you should look into using a different courier service very slow

I loved shopping at USC. Very prompt delivery. However, I didn’t like the state that the items arrived... the boxes were damaged and they were supposed to be Christmas presents. That isn’t presentable at all.

I was sent the incorrect item so a checking system needs to be put in place at the warehouse. Online customer services has a 3-5 day response time which is not good enough. I managed to get hold of a direct phone number and the customer services representative resolved the issue quickly. It's much better to talk to someone rather than an email.
