“I had a very awesome experience with Nobel. He was very knowledgeable and was able to guide me with the issue that I had problems with. I also had a hotspot issue which he solved also. Very happy the call.”

“I had a US Mobile representative sit on the phone for an hour and a half to make sure that I finally got my issues resolved. After dealing with a lost device and not being able to log in to my email, it seems like there was going to be no hope. But Samantha found a workaround to make sure that I was able to get things handled. This is just one instance the pricing is perfect the service is great, US mobile is a quality service.”

“Patience - having worked recently with (3) different support people I noticed they were all very patient with me to get everything just right. The latest person was Samantha who was just a joy to work with. I wish I could reward her personally but that may not be possible so let this be a big thank you to all three support folks who helped me setup my two phone that I transferred from AT&T. I look forward to a long and lasting relationship with US Mobile.”

“I was having so much problem with incorrect trasfer pin#, 4 times! Together with Nobel from US mobile, we finally completed the trasfer and he answered several questions I had. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and patient. With highly qualified employees like Nobel, I would definitely recommend US mobile services. Thanks Nobel.”

“Chat support was taking so long and not getting anywhere for consolidating US Mobile accounts. I called in and got Sharoz on the line and she was super helpful and was able to get everything accomplished as needed. I'd only give one or two stars for the Chat, but 5 stars for Sharoz and her helpfulness on the phone.”

“The cheapest plan I could find on Verizon towers that provide superb reception superior to T-mobile in the Southern Oregon Area. Online interface is unlike others I have seen. Curious to see how prices raise over time, but straightforward, simple, and reliable. Used the e-sim to instantly activate on my phone all without having to call for help (Online tutorial is thourough and simple.)”

“Excellent tech support. We ran into trouble with a new phone and Maria fixed the issue within about 3 or 4 minutes. WONDERFUL tech support and the main reason our family encourages others to join US Mobile. You can talk to people in the USA!!! when an issue comes up.”

“Nobel went above and beyond the call of duty. His professionalism and patience exceeded my expectations. As we move away from face-to-face interactions with service providers, it gets harder to communicate efficiently and effectively. Of all of them, US Mobile stands out as the most reliable, the best rate/value for me & my family, AND, excellent customer & technical service. I am PROUD to recommend US Mobile and I want to thank Mr. Meesum Naqvi in particular for EXCELLENT technical assistance. When an issue came up, Meesum was TERRIFIC.”

“Hello, our two lines have been having ongoing network issues and I worked directly with Joshua two different times today to troubleshoot to resolve this issue because we might have to move to Verizon which we don’t want to have to do. Joshua was very methodical and patient to troubleshoot both our phones so that we can try for the next few weeks to see if that makes a difference. I really appreciate his patience and professionalism. This is next level customer service, how lucky is US Mobile to have an employee like Joshua!”

“By far the best experience I have ever had with ANY cellphone carrier. And I have tried them all. Samantha stayed on the line with me to get everything done perfectly and make sure it was all working perfectly. Anyone with the big cell phone carriers needs to give them a call.
