“I just switched over and was having problems with my phone making and receiving calls. I worked with the chat room for about two hours resolving the issue, they the recommended me to speak with a senior tech. The scheduled a call with me at my office. Adeen called me and we spent another 1 1/2 hours working on the issue. Adeen was very patient with me and we were able to get things handled. I wish more companies had customer service like US Mobile. Thanks again Adeen!”

“I was thinking of Switching Companies , i called US Mobile and was connected with a Representative by the name of Farhana , she talked to me , understand what my Problems were , Fixed it for me and follow up with phone calls to make sure all is well , she's the Greatest , very Understanding , Patient and Comforting , because of her , I'm still with US Mobile and presently, very Happy 😊”

“This morning I received notification US Mobile had auto renewed my carrier plan for $40 after my free trial which ends 11/21/2023. I was surprised and to be honest a bit upset so I called US Mobile. Muhammad Aliyan was the representative that assisted me. I explained my situation/frustration and he professionally answered each of my concerns. He then provided resolutions to my complete satisfaction by refunding the $40 charge to my credit card and setting me up with the plan I had intended to choose. Highest marks to Muhammad & I'm grateful to know that I can request him in the future should the need arise. Thank you!”

“Your support team is great! However, your website, trial, and sign up, is shady AF. Let me explain: 1) 2-3 days before my trial expires, you execute a $40/month charge. (unlimited plan). That is 100% shady. 2) I clearly did not want this, so I changed my plan to the $10/month (2GB shareable plan) 3) Somehow your UI created 3 pools of $10 and charged me for that too! More shadiness. This was during my changing the subscription, and expiring the trial. You guys ought to fix this. 4) I frustratingly now had to contact your support team. 5) Without your good support, I would have exited your service immediately, and put in some really really bad reviews across social media. Please take this to heart, I'm sure I'm not the only one that has experienced this. thanks.”

“I was frustrated with my service. My calls were going straight to voicemail. Text messages were very delayed. When I would try to use my phone for verification, I would not get the alerts. Joshua R, at US Mobile, was my rep. He listened to my concerns. His kindness, patience, and calm never wavered throughout the call, even though I am not a "techy". He is very knowledgeable and was able to walk me through the steps to fix the issues. I didn't feel rushed, and he made sure all of the issues were addressed before he ended the call. Thank you, Joshua!”

“I am a brand-new customer and Saad was excellent in answering all of my questions and concerns regarding both Home & Cell services... He has the true customer service attitude that is what's so lacking today! He even called me back when we got disconnected, which was what has sold me on your services... We got my account setup online and has sent me the starter kit for my unlocked cell phone that I will be purchasing in a few weeks. I will also be purchasing your Home phone Service. I am a recent paraplegic, confined to a wheelchair and my phones are my lifeline!!! Thank you, Saad you made this decision, to go with US Mobile all the easier and I commend you for your Great Customer Service and hope you are appreciated by your company's leadership.”

“Ali, the customer rep went out of his way trying to help me with a problem on a new phone from US Mobile. He tried for 4 hours with no positive result. Phone was bad out of the box. Only recourse was to return the phone to US Mobile but it would take at least a week to "check" the phone and return it to me.....the fine print in the return letter stated that I must accept a restocking fee of 50usd if they could not find anything wrong with the phone. This is the same phone they sell for 38usd on their website. I closed the account, returning the phone and contacted my Credit Card to stop payment on all charges from US Mobile. Extremely poor USA customer service as there are NONE!”
