I was frustrated with my service. My calls were going straight to voicemail. Text messages were very delayed. When I would try to use my phone for verification, I would not get the alerts. Joshua R, at US Mobile, was my rep. He listened to my concerns. His kindness, patience, and calm never wavered throughout the call, even though I am not a "techy". He is very knowledgeable and was able to walk me through the steps to fix the issues. I didn't feel rushed, and he made sure all of the issues were addressed before he ended the call. Thank you, Joshua!

Ghazanfar Ali was my friend throughout the process. He saved me from ending my service due to a bad area I was in, then he told me about how diverse US mobile network is and their unified option. Game changer..much love!!

I am a brand-new customer and Saad was excellent in answering all of my questions and concerns regarding both Home & Cell services... He has the true customer service attitude that is what's so lacking today! He even called me back when we got disconnected, which was what has sold me on your services... We got my account setup online and has sent me the starter kit for my unlocked cell phone that I will be purchasing in a few weeks. I will also be purchasing your Home phone Service. I am a recent paraplegic, confined to a wheelchair and my phones are my lifeline!!! Thank you, Saad you made this decision, to go with US Mobile all the easier and I commend you for your Great Customer Service and hope you are appreciated by your company's leadership.

Ali, the customer rep went out of his way trying to help me with a problem on a new phone from US Mobile. He tried for 4 hours with no positive result. Phone was bad out of the box. Only recourse was to return the phone to US Mobile but it would take at least a week to "check" the phone and return it to me.....the fine print in the return letter stated that I must accept a restocking fee of 50usd if they could not find anything wrong with the phone. This is the same phone they sell for 38usd on their website. I closed the account, returning the phone and contacted my Credit Card to stop payment on all charges from US Mobile. Extremely poor USA customer service as there are NONE!

Joshua, went above and beyond to help me, plus he had so much patience with me, together we resolved all my issues and we are joining the US Mobile family. Thank you for your excellent customer service, am so glad to save money and love, love, love the customer 24 hrs service... Kudos to Joshua for all his help, thank you Mrs. Deborah Crawford 🥰

Requested the transfer number to use another carrier. The new carrier could not activate my unlocked phone because US Mobile did not released the account. After talking to US Mobile I was told they needed 5 days to release my number. Which means I could not use my new carrier and phone for almost a week. Quite dissatisfied with US Mobile. Not for me anymore.

Samir was SUPER professional and polite. I had a complex issue with no data that has been giving me problems for a week and I was able to exchange a large amount of info with him efficiently, before quickly hearing back from Samir and his team. The other reps I called took over two hours trying to troubleshoot to no avail, while Samir troubleshooted more effectively and FINALLY got my issue fixed, well before the hour mark! I hope Samir and others like him get promoted to trainer soon, so everybody can enjoy this vibe!

After their 100 day "super" trial the service drops to intolerable levels. Once your "premium data" runs out on your so-called "unlimited plans" you get UNUSABLY SLOW data. I cannot even load a webpage.

The customer service rep Samantha was extremely professional, patient and driven to make sure we resolved an issue with my iPhone provisioning that required far more effort and attention to detail than I ever expected. But with this challenge Samantha clearly wanted nothing else but a successful outcome that met my needs. Samantha represented herself and US Mobile in a truly extraordinary way.

Iqra Azad's service was awesome & most helpful in resolving the issues that existed. I spent most of my morning on the phone trying to take care of the matter, until I spoke with Iqra & she solved the issue in a matter of minutes!!!

I wasn’t in chat with a different representative for almost 6 hours. Did not help me I made a phone call spoke to a representative and he took care of my problem within 30 minutes. Thank you so much.
