First of all let me just say, I have the cell phone service and also now the home phone service. Both times it was a problem porting my number. The first problem was I had boost infinite which was not listed on the website to switch, I found somebody finally on the chat who knew how to correct the situation and they got me squared away. In regards to the home phone I spent an hour and a half on chat which was wasted because we made no progress and I was told I had to buy a new SIM card blah blah blah, 90 minutes I'll never see you again. Called in to the phone queue, spoke with an excellent representative. He was articulate he understood what I was trying to say he was patient and he was able to complete the transaction of getting me ported over once he understood what was going on within a few minutes. His service was excellent and probably is why I didn't wind up canceling the home phone. I spoke with him for a few more minutes, and I feel that his young age he will go places in life with the attitude he has. In regards to the home phone service I have two to three bars of service but every call has gone through with the quality of my prior service carrier which was phone power. One of the problems was phone power was not listed on the porting list. He was able to overcome that and get me switched over within 15 minutes. If you're planning to get mobile service and or the home phone system, I would recommend us mobile. While I had been happy with phone power, I like the fact that I can call different countries if needed. In regards to the cell service I have coverage in my home office which I wasn't able to get with boost infinite, I like the dashboard on the mobile app and I appreciate the customer service I received. I very rarely will complement the company it seems we always on reviews post bad things, but in this case I want to share my positive experience.

I will NOT ever buy a phone from usmobile. The bad phone arrived and would not hold a charge. Instead of replacing the "new" phone, I would first have to "pay a restocking fee" and it would take them 14 days to send me another phone. Only after paying the Xtra restocking fee. DON'T BUY THE PHONE FROM USMOBILE. Get it from Amazon or ebay Unlocked. The returns are faster and easier. The service is cheaper which is good, but the phones, not so good.

I just wanna say I’m glad that I’ve switched to us mobile because of the epic customer service experience that I have received today while I was facing connectivity issues , they really made me feel like that my concerns mattered and thanks to agent Samir who went above and beyond to solve my connectivity problem , it’s highly like to find such a consumer friendly service provider nowadays and customer are just numbers but not here really, I feel like every customer’s voice and concern have a value here and they’ll do everything in there power to get your concern resolved . Thank you again Samir for taking almost 3h of your time to resolve my connectivity issue and getting me back to a full speed , and thanks to team us mobile for having such an agent on the team. Nobel was very helpful. He was patient with us and was able to answer the many questions we had. He was friendly and easy to understand, explaining things we did not know. We are thankful Nobel is the person that answered our call. We are very please with the service he provided and are happy with US Mobile.

I just switched over and was having problems with my phone making and receiving calls. I worked with the chat room for about two hours resolving the issue, they the recommended me to speak with a senior tech. The scheduled a call with me at my office. Adeen called me and we spent another 1 1/2 hours working on the issue. Adeen was very patient with me and we were able to get things handled. I wish more companies had customer service like US Mobile. Thanks again Adeen!

I was thinking of Switching Companies , i called US Mobile and was connected with a Representative by the name of Farhana , she talked to me , understand what my Problems were , Fixed it for me and follow up with phone calls to make sure all is well , she's the Greatest , very Understanding , Patient and Comforting , because of her , I'm still with US Mobile and presently, very Happy 😊

I’m serious impressed with your company supporting efficient and economical service for land line service outside of a voip line…Haroon Majeed was extremely helpful in his explanations and I will be changing my ATT overpriced service soon! My compliments to Haroon and please forward my gratitude!

This morning I received notification US Mobile had auto renewed my carrier plan for $40 after my free trial which ends 11/21/2023. I was surprised and to be honest a bit upset so I called US Mobile. Muhammad Aliyan was the representative that assisted me. I explained my situation/frustration and he professionally answered each of my concerns. He then provided resolutions to my complete satisfaction by refunding the $40 charge to my credit card and setting me up with the plan I had intended to choose. Highest marks to Muhammad & I'm grateful to know that I can request him in the future should the need arise. Thank you!

Adeen was very helpful and knowledge about the service and was able to resolve two phone issues with Android 14. We are very happy with his performance and patience on this matter. I would recommend the service from US Mobile vs other cellular providers.

Just had one greatest customer service experience in a long time Shan was very patient, professional and had a great attitude. Stayed on the line with me for just over an hour until my daughter's phone was up and running, 10 stars for Shan!

Your support team is great! However, your website, trial, and sign up, is shady AF. Let me explain: 1) 2-3 days before my trial expires, you execute a $40/month charge. (unlimited plan). That is 100% shady. 2) I clearly did not want this, so I changed my plan to the $10/month (2GB shareable plan) 3) Somehow your UI created 3 pools of $10 and charged me for that too! More shadiness. This was during my changing the subscription, and expiring the trial. You guys ought to fix this. 4) I frustratingly now had to contact your support team. 5) Without your good support, I would have exited your service immediately, and put in some really really bad reviews across social media. Please take this to heart, I'm sure I'm not the only one that has experienced this. thanks.
