“Customer service is excellent! Nobel was the best representative. Had our phone fixed in less than 5 minutes. We are switching to a plan that would save us hundreds and something just didn't quite work on one of the three phones. It's a shame that that happened in the first place but they got it fixed right away.”

“I spoke to a tech support specialist named Nobel at U.S. Mobile. He was phenomenal. He was extremely knowledgable, friendly, and beyond patient in helping my family transfer over a line to U.S. Mobile. I cannot recommend them enough IF they are all like Nobel.”

“In a very short time, I am relocating to Europe but I am still required to have a US-based mobile phone provider. My selection of porting to US Mobile was easy, as they offer a better international plan than most. Porting my number over to US Mobile was a brilliant experience, as the tech, Nobel, made the entire process seamless and error-free. He walked me through every step, which made the decision to move to US Mobile a great selection. If you are ever considering a switch to a "full-featured" mobile plan, consider US Mobile!”

“Well for starters US mobile were very smart to hire khurshid, he was amazing from the beginning of the call to the end, he provided amazing service, and made me very happy to be a customer of us mobile because they such capable people working for them!! If it was up to me I would say that you guys should give him a raise!!”

“Wonderful 5-Star customer service from Nobel. Called customer service due to an issue with my mobile phone. After a lengthy wait (I was number 18 in the queue), Nobel was able to quickly and precisely work through my issue and re-establish my device's connection. His patience and professionalism were greatly appreciated. I was considering an alternative mobile provider until this call, so US Mobile can thank Nobel for my continued service.”

“Wow!! Nobel was incredibly patient with me while he fixed my mess-up with activating a new SIM card. He walked me through the steps to setup the card, waited while the computer (mine and his system) worked, helped me setup the account...and so many more things with my son’s new phone. Customer service these days seems to be a thing of the past, however Nobel was so helpful...I was very impressed and happy that we will be using US Mobile for the new phone. He made my day and made what is usually a very unpleasant experience (I hate technology) for me manageable and not so overwhelming. He’s an assess to your company! Kudos to Nobel and US Mobile. I would highly, highly recommend this company based on my experience.”
