“10/10 would recommend. I don't think I will change services. I have had this service for almost a year and haven't had any problems. The customer service is amazing and is the main reason why I don't want to leave.”

“US Mobile is the one of the most if not the top responsive company I've ever had. I randomly found about them in a mall one day and have never looked back. Their support staff is very knowledgeable and speedy when working issues for you”

“I love US Mobile! Super customizable plan options that save a student like me tons of money; Their customer service team is always available to chat and promptly solves the occasional issue; and the starter kit I ordered to replace my lost sim came very quickly. These folks are the bomb.com. xo”

“The agents at US Mobile are awesome! They have been easy to reach by chat or phone. Everyone I spoke to was helpful, professional, and polite during the process of setting up my service. They helped me work with my previous carrier to complete the port of my phone number. I am grateful for their service and I am happy to be a US Mobile customer. :)”
