“I spoke to mister Hasan ejaz , I had difficulty with activating my phones and he was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me trying to get my phones to work. It was about 11/2 hrs. Of working together. Hes the best.”

“Iqra Muhamad had us fixed in about 10 minutes!!!! Very thankful for her help. We had reached out previously and were not getting the help we needed but she took the time to get us what we needed and did not treat me like I didn't understand technology.”

“I had a problem with a port number. I called US Mobile and talk to a agent name Khurraim, he was very knowledgeable, and help me calm down a little bit as he knew what to do. I think you need to give him a raise since he straightened out my problem with ease and very professional. ALBERT REID”

“Ghazanfar Ali was AMAZINGLY helpful, OVERWHELMINGLY polite and so darn efficient that I the issues I had with my new service were resolved as quickly as I brought them up. Going from "no service" when I called in to quickly having a fully functioning phone is joyful experience that anyone these days can fully appreciate. Thank you U.S. Mobile and thank you Ghanzafar Ali ~ you have really made our day! ❤️❤️❤️ I will DEFINITELY recommend U.S. Mobile to all my friends after this positive experience!! 🙏”

“Excellent Customer Service! I had a problem activating my free trial, and I got Ahsan Ejaz on the line with next to no wait. He very patiently helped me get my problem solved. At one point, we got disconnected and he reached back out to me via a call, email, and text. Customer Service doesn't get any better than this! I have spoken with them a couple of times about setting up additional lines, and every time the person that I have spoken with has been very courteous and helpful.”
