As usual US Mobile has taken care of my problem with updating my payment method after running out of service... Khurraim Akhtar helped me out and took care of my issues with professionalism and a wonderful attitude and knowledge... He stuck with me through all my misunderstandings and made certain I was back in great shape again.. He is much appreciated and likely deserves a big raise! The BEST support! I always am greeted with kindness and patience. Tech support never fails to answer my questions. Though I've only a couple in the years I've been with US Mobile. Price is very reasonable also. I highly recommend US Mobile.

Talha was able to answer all my tough and obscure questions with ease. I am a very impatient person, but this call was so clear and efficient that it was actually pleasant. Our call was dropped and USmobile was able to reconnect him with me shortly after, which usually does not happen in customer service I’ve experienced at Mint so as a potential new customer this level of care and service spoke volumes to me. Excellent job and I look forward to activating my SIM card and onboarding soon!

Mohammed Aliyan found a minute flaw in my email Address which was blocking my every attempt to open a US Mobile account. He is one of the most professional, efficient, accomplished Customer Relations agents I have ever dealt with in my life! Without his help, I wouldn’t be a US Mobile customer: he’s brilliant at his job! The prices are excellent too, and the sim card delivery was fast.

Only been on 3 hours, and first had to deal with APN SETTINGS, then couldn't send MMS. The phone was answered fairly promptly with friendly help. Before all that Verizon was screwing me around with transfer pin code...a US Mobile rep named Khurraim patiently stayed on phone with me until Verizon finally gave me correct pin that went through. Relieved Sim today, was completely ported, working ported phone number,and bugs worked out in around 4 hours. Every customer service person especially Khurraim was polite, friendly. Verizon goodbye, well kinda, still on their towers LOL My data seems to be actually faster?!

BN Waqar picked up the phone fairly quickly and patiently assisted me with troubleshooting my new US Mobile line. Even when we hit some roadblocks with my system, he remained patient and guided me through the steps. He sent me extra steps via email and remained on the line while I set it up. We used two different phone numbers to ensure the connection won't be lost. I called at a random hour in the evening and yet the problem was solved in 20 minutes! I truly am impressed with the quality care I have received from US Mobile.

I’ve been with US Mobile for several years and have nothing but good things to say about the Company. Excellent service and prices on plans. Customer service is superb. I have no complaints. My 91 year old mother’s phone went swimming in the toilet. Needed a new phone simple to use. Saha Noor was most helpful in ordering a new phone and explaining how to set it up when I receive it. 5 stars!!!

I spent 4 days trying to port over 2 phone numbers. dealing with the two providers who I was porting from was a nightmare. I got the wrong information, lack of knowledge and unresponsiveness. Finally one of the numbers was deactivate and I had to pay to get it reactivated. Once I did I called US Mobile and gave the information I got from the provider to a US Mobile rep named Zakria and within 10 minutes the transfer was made! BTW after a short recorded greeting a rep picks up the phone no cascading menus to wade through!

Austin was the representative who assisted me with the issues I had encountered and the fact he continued to call to help resolve my issues. He provided excellent customer service and I want to make sure his efforts and how effective he was to make sure I that there is someone who takes pride in their work. Iqra was awesome and helping me try and solve my problems. Her customer service skills and English are phenomenal. When the line got disconnected she would call back and actually try and fix the problem. Although The issue I have can't be fixed it is due to the area it was very nice to have someone exhaust all opportunities. My normal carrier is Xfinity and I am getting the same result with both networks but I may just port over everything to US Mobile because of the customer service being better.
