“I spoke to Ahsan Ejaz the reprecentative about my problem I had in which was right after my 10 days plus 90 days transfering a number from tmobile through eSIM activation, I accidentally deactivated my autopay, so Mr. Ahsan Ejaz knew exactly what was needed to do to bring autopay back on so I won't loose all my free benefit of the first 100 days that it's I won't be charged. Also he was very knowedgeable on some other concerns that I had a the moment, to make the story short, now I'm a completely satisfied customer with US Mobile and would definitely recommend all my friends and family. Good job Mr. Ahsan Ejaz and thank you very much!!!”

He resolved my problem in the very best manner, by listening to me and explaining everything to me in a way that I could understand. “Thank you so much to Saha, she was the most patient and helpful person that I've spoken to in years from any company and I sincerely mean that. She walked me through every step of a confusing phone-sim transfer situation that I was clearly upset about but she was complete and utter professional the whole over an hour conversation even when I started to get upset she still talked to me with a calm voice never once raising her voice. Thank you Saha !”
