The lady was so helpful at no point did she want me to hang up she made sure in the 1 hour trying to activate my phone , she did it and thank you very much

Asim Mehmood, “Austin,” was absolutely fantastic, beyond a doubt one of the kindest people I’ve ever talked to, as demonstrated by his calm, patience, clear directions at each step, during a call that was full of unexpected complication as he tried to navigate us through steps on both my NUU F4L phone (which is very user unfriendly) and then using the NUU F4L as a hotspot to do the process on a smartphone I have which is not on US Mobile. My initial request was simple, changing my billing debit card to a new one, and Austin’s initial response was that it would be better I do that myself online, explained kindly. I said, fine, but since I’m autistic and get particularly challenged by some things, could he briefly give me a summary of how I would do this, once I get to the library to get online with one of their computers. In that case, he said, let me help you and we’ll do it together on the phone, and I’ll guide you. And, he said, if we get disconnected I will call you back, and also send you how-to emails in case you end up doing it at the library. In the end, the process failed because the web app wouldn’t take my debit card number in correctly, but I have never enjoyed someone being so clear and helpful step after step through so much complication, and twists and turns including because the NUU phone is rather weird in some ways, and doesn’t allow successful navigation sometimes. In the end, besides feeling really well taken care of, I also learned how I would be able to use my NUU flip phone as a hotspot for my other phone, (which is on another carrier) if I decide to have internet access at home in that manner. (And I got the price of that, so I can consider it.) I never dreamed I’d even even understand what hotspot even really meant, much less to have experienced it and learned how. Again, the was truly the best, and kindest, customer service I have ever experienced. This person is one of the nicest people on the planet, and I hope his talents finding him talking to the people most in need of kindness mixed in with clarity and patience. He's absolutely the best! Oh, and by the way, my call was answered in under 30 seconds.

I wanted to tell you about the support I just got from Usman very professional understood the problem and straightened it out. I want to point out that he spoke a perfect English which was great for me and I appreciated it. I would give him a 10 for all the way around

Amazing service. Finally a phone company that actually picks up customer calls. The customer service rep Aizaz was really knowledgeable and helpful. They made the whole transfer process really smooth. Not to mention the company offers a great product at a great price.

I recently got signed up with US Mobile,and I already feel spoiled. The Reps are great(they actually seem to care about their customers),and they treat me like a human being,not a Cash Cow. Anyway,today I spoke to a very helpful Rep named Talha. He was what a Rep should be for a customer:competent,knowledgeable,patient,very personable,etc. I am leaving this review so that he will get credit for having done an Excellent Job. I have been put through a lot of unnecessary misery from other Carriers,and I am fortunate to have found a company,US Mobile,that will work with me when I need it.

Mr Bilal Mansoor, I really appreciate how patiently he helped me with my network issues and made sure my problem got sorted. I have used other carrier before but the way US moblie customer service helped me to sort my problem is really appreciable. 5 star for sure for Mr Bilal Mansoor.

I’ve always had great service technicians with US MOBILE and today I had the best customer service experience so far! These guys know what they are doing and can explain it where a elderly person can understand.

Mr. Bilal Manzoor, How can we thank Mr Bilal, let me count the ways. It isn’t easy to teach a 76 year old and an 80 year old how to do a complicated thing such as filling in all these number, passcodes etc. But… Mr Bilal was able to do it and be patient and friendly. We learned quite a bit about US Mobiles customer service. More companies should train their employees the way they do. Thank you Bilal manzoor, thank you US Mobile. As always, great customer support and yes, 24/7 either chat or call. Zeeshan made sure everything works after I ported my phone number from another carrier to US Mobile. A challenge to Ahmed..come on man, put US Mobile in the map.

US Mobile has the best customer support people I’ve dealt with in such a long time. Every agent I’ve spoken with on the chat as well as on the phone have tried to help me quickly and efficiently. Today I spent well over an hour on the phone with Asim as he went above and beyond any expectations I had helping me find a solution to switching from my previous carrier. I lost service multiple times causing me to drop the call and every time Asim called me back immediately to continue working on my problem. He was extremely patient with my spotty service, even called me on a different phone to accommodate my needs. He made me feel as though the company actually cared to have me a customer and helped me become a very happy customer at the end of the day. I called customer support very frustrated with my previous carrier not willing to help me port my phone number to US Mobile but the agents working here instantly wanted to assist me in every possible way they could. Thank you Asim so very much for doing an excellent job and treating me as a valued customer, that means a great deal. I plan on being a US Mobile customer for a very very long time!
