“Syed Ihsaan is a magic man! Helped me within two seconds to solve problems with internet, while I spent almost two hours the other day and didn't get any results. I decided to call back later and got into Syed, I didnt want to spend another 2 hours of trying tings back and forth... so I asked to connect me with a previous guy. But he didn't have his shift, tough that guy was also willing to help...but today Syed resolved my problem within few seconds... Bravo!! If you want your problems to be solved quickly ask for this guy”

“I had a lot of trouble changing my Verizon cell phone to us mobile. A large part of the problem was Verizon dropping the ball at their end. I called us mobile for help and I was lucky enough to get Syed Ihsaan on the line. He was incredibly helpful and very patient with me. He had to spend a long time with me but solved all my problems with switching my phone to us mobile. He made my day.”

“I have used them several times over the past few years. I'm not sure why I kept going back. This time was the last straw. I paid for the unlimited because I needed the hotspot for working on my laptop. The hotspot did not work, despite multiple chats, emails, and even a phone call from their tech department. My wife's sim card did not work at all, data would never work. After over an hour chat, tech support could not explain why. With this and my history of problems with them, they refused to refund my plan even though I only had it for 1 week and the hotspot never worked. They refunded my wife's plan because it never worked, but refused to refund the Starter Sim fee, even though the sim card never worked. I have lots of other negative experiences of their service never working for unexplainable reasons. I highly recommend for you to avoid and go with a different provider. I will not use them any more and have already found another provider that is just as cheap and both sim cards worked as advertised right out of the box.”

“Had some set up issues when switching from my old carrier. When I called customer service, Muhammad Awais helped tremendously. We got disconnected at one point and I got a call back immediately. He helped make a frustrating process smooth and easy, and now my service works great. Thanks Muhammad!”

“I made the switch from Verizon to US Mobile. More lines, half the cost! I hope the cell service I receive is as great as the customer service I received from Aysha. I did need some help getting my phones set up and running. Aysha was SUPER. She was very patient, walked through the steps with me, and fixed the stuff that I messed up. One of the reasons I chose US Mobile over other off-name-brand carriers is because of the positive things I heard about their customer service. I can say without a doubt that they have great customer service...and you can talk with a real human!”

“Oh my God!!! “Ask for Khyzer Naseef if you need help with anything! This guy is patient, articulate, through and funny. Amazing customer service, I spent 2 hrs on the phone with him bringing over 4 lines to USmobile, and had difficulty with 1 of them. He help me navigate the difficulties and expertly talked me through the tedium on my end. Thank you Khyzer, I feel like we're brothers from another mother! USmobile is lucky to have you working for them!”
