“Syed's customer service was fantastic. He patiently and expertly helped fix a problem with my esim card. I have had some nightmare customer service experiences with other cellular companies, so it was refreshing to have someone who could actually help solve my problem!”

“This is an AMAZING employee! I had a wonderful experience learning the new products this company has. The man I spoke with is extraordinary (NOBEL) VERY PATIENT! VERY KIND! This person new all about the phones & the plans & was super informative! This is someone I NEED running my business!! The kindness and patience he showed when I was having a bad day goes beyond the limits of any job requirements! I don't know this person at all but I wish there were a ton just like him in the U.S.A. There's 1 question I always ask a cell phone representative & it's super easy but you don't know how many people didn't know this. The question was what does VPN stand for? Nobel never hesitated he knew exactly what it was. Nobel was only 2 out of 17 that I've asked that knew just this 1 question. I have many years with I.T. & Cellular companies. I will tell you this. This person is a Huge asset to your company! I have managed over many many people, please value this person & move him up in order for him to teach Patience, compassion& care for your customers & teach others this vary gift he has. I give this guy a 10 on a job well done!”

“My family and I had a conference call with Umair today. He was wonderfully patient and accommodating in answering all of our questions, as well as solving a few minor issues, which he thoroughly handled like a pro! If we have any future problems (not that we are expecting any), we hope that Umair will there to help us figure them out. He was a great customer representative.”
