“Floor mats I ordered for my new 2025 Cam Am HD9 KT do not fit well at all. Passenger side is not molded correctly to fit front of the floor board. Both are made to fit only if you have extra storage compartment under the seats. They only come with passenger side storage box. Yet it still isn’t molded in the front correctly. I will have to order a storage box for the drivers side in order to make this mat useful. For the bed liner mat, UTV Direct could think about shipping them flat like floor mats. Rolled up bed liner in a box has still not relax on the edges to lay flat. I have even weighed the edges down.”

“Kudos to the staff / Customer Service. First, I was phoned about a part that was ordered that they believed was incorrect for my vehilce. After a short discussion the order was changed. However, after receiving the product, it turns out that the information that UTV Direct was working with was incorrect. I forwarded photos of the application showing the issue, and they agreed. They issued a Return Label and the item was returned. It took a little longer to receive the credit however - almost 2 weeks.”

“The part I ordered fit perfectly and was of good quality. However, the shipper (Fed-EX)took several days beyond the arrival date to get the part to me. I did track it and it sat at the local terminal for several days before it was delivered. Fed-Ex sited poor weather conditions.”
