“Everything that I got works great fast service and very good customer service the only thing that you could improve on is when you get your product the boxes look pretty horrible but nothing was damaged thank you for all your help”

“I am very disappointed with the fact that the wrong flap part was sent to me at no fault of myself. The lack of communication on when the correct one will be sent to me as winter is coming. All we received was an email on how to send back the incorrect one but with no mention on how the issue caused by your company was going to fixed. After sending a follow up email about the correct flap that should have been sent at the start will be sent , which I don’t feel like I should have done. I still have not received anything back from your company and will be sending yet another email as this is something we have paid for. The customer service has be extremely disappointing. At this point with the amount of frustration and lack of communication we don’t plan on ordering from your company anytime in the near future if ever .”

“The gal that helped me with my last order was very nice to deal with. I told her I had called Corbin about a black friday discount and how they offered nothing. She understood I wasnt happy with corbin at all. She did the best she could and offered me a 5% black friday discount on the item. I know that came directly out of UTV Direct's pocket. Thank You again guys. Guess who the first place I will be shopping for my next UTV part will be. Happy Holidays. Shame on Corbin!”
