“Super UTV Direct did not warranty soft cab cover zipper. Purchased November of last year, didn't use all summer and housed in garage so no weather abuse. Called in December (1 yr warranty was up) with zero help from them. Purchased half (hard) doors from UTV Direct and cut off soft doors to "make it work". UTV Direct was very helpful and shipped out hard doors same day. Short of some bolts upon arrival but working with UTV Direct was good. Not so good with Super UTV Direct.”

“Customer service is off the charts fantastic. I sent the email with a question at 7:30pm and by 8:00am the next morning I had an answer. I thanked them for the quick response and with in 5 minutes got a response back. This is a seriously good company with great products at reasonable prices and customer service that is really, really good.”
