“Sent wrong item when I specifically gave the make and model in the comments section. They told me that i was responsible for shipping since I marked the wrong box. My Side by side is a Kawasaki Mule pro mx. There was no mule pro mx in the drop down selection. I wasn't sure so I checked the only Pro they had and left the corrrect make and model in the comments. Very nasty people to deal with. Told me it was my fault and wouldn't listen to my side. I will never ever buy from UTV Direct again. I spoke with 3 of them the last guy made threats that I have recorded and will seek legal representation. 😡”

“General windshield came nicely wrapped. All parts were there. I did have to use soapy water on the rubber, heating in warm water was not enough. 100% better than the big moose windshield I had on the machine.”

“Communication after order is excellent. The windshield arrived when it was supposed to. The instructions are not so difficult to follow if you couple them with the pictures on the instructions pages. The rubber gasket were the haradest to put on correctly. The windshield is sturdy and does not rattle when in motion. The top part lets down easy and does not bounce or rattle on the hood of the Mule when properly secured as the instructions say.”
