They suggested a place close by, walked there since I’m traveling and they were closed! Horrible experience! You would figure they would tell you and not allow to book a place that was closed. I’m still waiting to hear back from their support team for a refund.

The booking through Vertoe itself went well but the store I handed my bag in did not check my booking nor did they ask me to show the picture I took of the plastic seal on my bag. When I picked it my bag up again they simply asked me to point at the bag that is mine and handed it to me. The store did not follow the rules of Vertoe. Pretty unsafe.

I didn’t use your service because I didn’t receive a confirmation with my password until 19 minutes before my booked time so I made other arrangements.

My experience was incredibly unprofessional - the men who ran the store barely knew what Vertoe was and kept my bag in a very exposed and carefree location. They did not ask for any identification, and there was no ticket system so anyone could have come in and claimed my bag. I really like the idea, but your execution is incredibly poor. If you would like to be taken seriously as a business, I recommend that you choose more valid locations.

The guy that owned the place showed up 20 minutes late. We were hoping to get there at 9am in order to meet our museum tour by 9:30. That didn't happen and we had to pay extra money to change our tour time because the guy was late. Then, when we did finally get our luggage taken care of, he didn't put the safety zip tie around the zippers at all. He just put it on the handle of the luggage, so it wasn't even secure. I asked him to change it, but since it was already done and we had already registered that number to me, he wouldn't do it. We didn't have a choice and just decided to hope that nothing would get stolen. I will never use this service again.

I didn't realize Vertoe was not a dedicated business, so when I arrived at the cell phone store I was confused about securing my bag there. The attendent was just arriving to open the store and he also seemed confused about storing my bag there and had to produce my confirmation email on my phone. Luckily I was able to find it. I was not offered any security tags as the process stated. Instead, my luggage was stored in the store front behind a "security" line in plain site of all people passing by or entering the store. It was all very sketchy and I would never recommend this service to anyone for any reason.

I entered the store with 3 bags and they didn’t even borher to get the door for me, even though they saw that I was having a hard time getting the door myself..

The location I used was not advertised correctly. I did not receive a tamper-proof seal and when I asked for one I was dismissed. I contacted support regarding this issue and they essentially sided with the store, which denied that this happened. If you end up storing your bags with Vertoe, go with a plan B.

The place was very tiny and very dirty, there was not even enough room to pass the luggage through to store, the attendant did not offer to lock with your special lock. I had to ask for it. It was extremely filthy. :(

The place I was supposed to drop my lugagge was closed that day. I ended up carrying my luggage in a bus to a museum

Never again. Arrived at our location to find a storefront with no employees present and the doors wide open. Called multiple times before getting an answer. Eventually someone answered and said someone would be there in an hour, which was almost two hours past our scheduled time. Decided it wasn't a safe location to leave our bags and didn't want to wait, so we had to find another place to take our bags. Very disappointing.

Complete rip-off. Fake address. Showed up with my bag and the location was in a construction site.

Had to wait for person with keys... Had to carry luggage down dangerous staircase and into dungeon like room with low ceilings (where I banged my head). Never again.
