I purchased a spot for my luggage from 11am-5pm. The store where I was supposed to drop my luggage didn't open until almost 12pm because the owner didn't feel like opening on time. He never asked to see my confirmation email, nor did he have secure luggage tags to place on my suitcases. In the end, I left the store a little after 12pm and didn't feel too safe leaving my luggage there so I came back at 3pm instead of 5pm. I would never use this service again especially since they weren't even able to reimburse me for the 1 hour waiting outside the store to open.

In regards to your note about the refund, we do charge by the day and not the hour but I saw our customer service rep gave you a discount code for the future. My experience was terrible, i thought i selected one location on the app and couldn’t tell that it changed selections before I paid. I wasted my money on the wrong location and didn’t use it. Terrible app.

Was not near Union Station and we had to carry our luggage 15min through the streets of D.C. In addition there was no locker room and we had to leave our luggage at the Office of the Hostel. Not as expected...

As for your second point, our model is not locker based. Users are given tamper proof seals and their luggage is stored in the location's extra storage space. Thank you, -Emily

My luggage was not secured. They were put under a table in an open room where anyone could grab them and run out the open back door. In addition, the app kept glitching during check in.

Service was awful. A minute after I put the blue lock on my bag I remembered I needed sonething from my bag. The staff at 8th Ave Gifts & Electronics Shop (Address 494 8th Avenue, New York, NY, USA) said they will not give me another lock unless I pay another 6 dollars. They were very unpleseant. The idea is good and the price is great, the execution at this location was really poor.

Using Vertoe during a long layover in NYC was a horrible, horrible experience. We found a site near Penn Station. During the check-in process, the app crashed. To further add to the frustration, the attendant was exceptionally rude. The app crashed again after payment. When I tried to check the status, the app showed there was NO reservation. So, fearing the attendant would not return our bags later in the day, we took our bags and carried them everywhere! The attendant at the location was rude, almost to the point of hostile. He even told us to retrieve our own bags from the back of the store. Never, ever am I using this app again! And, I want a refund of $12! Peter

The address that you guys sent it to me wasn’t the correct address, I got there and was a complete different business, plus you charged my card for a service that I never received and there is no way to contact you because you don’t have any phone number on your webpage. It was a really bad experience

Very unsatisfied! Despite payment, I didn't receive a short message. As a result, the shop owner was not willing to store my luggage. (even though I showed him a screenshot of the confirmation) So I had to pay again at the shop. I cannot recommend Vertoe!

Hello, There's a problem with the reservation l made. When arriving, the personn asked me for 12$, and I couldn't check on my bank account. I was surprised but finally I gave him 12$ cash. So I have paid twice for this réservation. You can understand I am not very satisfied, and off course I Ask for 12$ refund.

Missed our bus because the individual who stored our bags was away and could not be found. Upset that we had to spend more money on bus tickets and arrive at our destination way later than we were supposed to. It was a very exhausting and stressful evening thanks to poor service.

When I arrived no one asked for our ID or anything and anyone could have come in and asked for the key to the luggage. For my friends who paid about $30 there was no point and no bags were even checked.

I didn't like that the address of the storage facility wasn't revealed until after I made the reservation. Once it was revealed, it was too far away for my needs. I tried to cancel, but the menu was accessible on my iPhone. I ended up paying for something I didn't use. I want a refund!

had a booking Friday at Bru coffee shop in Chicago They took a reservation for a location that apparently IS NOT OPEN! reservation # 86656 Attempted to contact them through the app that day, app never would send the message. I expect an immediate refund!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Do not book with Vertoe!! THE DAY OF my trip we brought our luggage to the address from this site and as soon as we entered the store they yelled toward us rudely that they had no room for any of our luggage. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

I wish I could leave no stars. The idea is good. The execution sucks. The place we were assigned, after I paid, was a teriyaki restaurant storage closet. I paid $20 to keep my things in a storage closet! The place was no where near me. I had to trek my stuff across town and back again. I will NEVER use this service again. The people who own the restaurant, spoke no English and did not know what to do. There was no security and I certainly did not feel my bags were safe at all. No process to make sure my things weren't mixed up with anyone else's should they decide to do this. REDICULOUS!!!! Of course there are no contact numbers for the service either. What a rip off.

Très déçu de ce service que je n'ai finalement pas utilisé car l'adresse indiquée sur la confirmation de réservation était à 20' du centre-ville (31 Winter Street, Boston). J'ai pourtant utilisé Google Maps et maps.me. J'ai appelé 3x sur le numéro indiqué et j'ai perdu 10$ avec mon abonnement étranger. C'est préférable d'aller à la gare routière et d'utiliser les services sur place.
