1. The address was wrong. The entrance on a street from my mail was closed so we had to walk around the block, thru drive in, on a sidewalk full of holes and cracks. Took us 10 min with 4 heavy bags. 2. Woman at the “front desk” judged me immediately for having too much things asking if I’m staying in the city for a month. She couldn’t write in the notebook and kept squinting her eyes and making this weird faces. Either she can’t see well or she is on drugs. 3. We didn’t get any plastic seals to secure our bags. You advertise them on your website and it looks super modern but its far from truth. My bags were “secured” with a piece of paper with my name on it (woman cut it from the notebook and handwrote my name). That was also my “receipt” that I needed to have when picking up my bags. So no seals with codes and showing your phone when picking up. 4. As we were leaving I asked the woman for a correct address so we can put in the Uber app, she didn’t know. Woman that comes to that location to work every day didn’t know the name of the street saying she doesn’t pay attention to the street names !! 5. When we came to pick up bags the guy who worked instead of the woman toon five min to find our “booking” because that woman wrote it in a wrong notebook. Overall, it looks sketchy and not safe. On your website everything looks modern and accessible. This was an old dirty laundromat with a dirty storage room at the end of the store. The only plus is location - two blocks from Hollywood walk of fame.

Terrible -- do not use this service. Will not offer refunds if not requested within 24 hours but they do not warn customers of this tight deadline.

Had to pay before storage location was revealed...a dump of a restaurant in the drug infested Tenderloin, 10 blocks from the Ferry Building location we had requested. Disgusting and completely useless. We paid but did not use the facility. A complete waste of time and money.

The address was incorrect! After looking for it, paid taxi and still couldn’t find it. Never again!!!

Dear whomever may be concern . I am extremely dissatisfied and dessapointed on the website and also the storage facility that stored my luggage. I was taken advantage my misleading information on the website that allowed the storage facility to charge an ridiculous amount. A total of $48 . In the website 5.95 was advertised. I have contacted the storage facility many time ..spoke to different people to no advantage to a possible refund. This website mislead us by not providing an accurate rate . I try to find a number to speak to someone in customer services..no number was found.

Dont use it. Although It is cheap and close to grand central, they dont check if this is your luggage when you are picking up yr luggage, everybody can pick the suitcases, no checks! You can just walk in and say that is mine, and they give it to you! I think we were lucky it was still there!

The place we went to to drop off our bags the people was rude and made us carry our bags down stairs to a basement and when it was time to retrieve our bags we had to carry them up the stairs our self

Vertoe did not update my time with the person running the location. It took up an extra hour of my time to wait for them to get there an hour later. I was just trying to enjoy my last day in town before heading back to the airport and this cut it short. I was very disappointed

Me and 8 friends got sent to a location near our hotel in the North End that was a tiny conveniene store where the owner told us we could leave our suitcases on an aisle crammed with other suitcases and all the stuff he was selling. We were shocked by this, it was not a secure or appropriate place to keep our luggage (right next to the entrance and on customers'way to the products). We had a suitcase from each of us but also a little bag with some sandwiches and a bottle of water and he made us pay for that the same price we paid for a big suitcase. Very disappointed and unhappy about the lack of appropriate space and professionalism of this service. I would not recommended it at all.

Really was not a good experience. Sorry but you may offer a real luggage storage, not a part of a restaurant or a bar or ... yoy must inform what kind of a storage you offer first . Then the clients with this info. can choose accordingly

They hid the location of the storage place until you book and it turned out to be this run down looking “smoke shop”. It also said it was at the airport and turned out to be over a mile away without a way to walk to the airport. Waste of $6. Do not recommend using this service.

The owner of this particular store is incredibly rude, I could not believe it. OK, it was great to leave our bags so we wouldn't have to carry them around all day before heading to the airport.. But this guy.... Unbelievably rude and cranky, have never seen anything like this. Will never ever set foot in his store again. What a d*ck.

In the exact street address which matched with the photo, not one clerk or manager knew what this service was. I was sent up the street to a similar store, and that manager sent me back to the original. I gave up trying after that-not worth all the hassle for a stranger to hold my personal belongings.

Went to the address the app took me to. There was a street-view picture that showed a building. When I walked in, it was a restaraunt. I asked if I could drop my stuff off and they basically looked at me like I was stupid. Walked around for 10+ minutes, going into buildings and asking if they knew where the luggage storage was. Nobody had any idea what I was talking about. Terrible experience 👎

As 1 as they don’t have a zero. The ad listed “Near Union Station in Washington”. If a 15 minute walk to an insure spot meets that criteria then I suppose. No security, no request for identification when picking up, door to storage was unlocked. I left and came back as it wasn’t secure. This 2nd rate company still charged half. Skip this.

This person has very poor security in the area where bags are stored. Both when I dropped my bag off and when I picked it up, I had free range of the dirty floor space inside the storage closet. There were shelves of restaurant and cleaning supplies all over. It was hard to tell what was "securely" stored there and what was general deli supply. No one is watching the closet. When I returned to get my bag, I just walked in and grabbed it. I was in a hurry and thought it would be helpful if I just grabbed it and let him know as I walked out. Apparently, there was another person ahead of me, waiting in line behind some kids who wanted ice-cream. All employees were serving deli customers and no one was dealing with the stored bags. To be clear, when i dropped my bag off, he told me to go in the closet and put my bag anywhere. So I figured that was policy; that customers have freedom to go in the closet. He never explained to me what, if any, security policy he had for picking up bags; only that I would need the photo as receipt.

I did NOT leave the luggage of mine or and my party, 19 pieces at the drop off location as it seemed extremely unprofessional. First off, it was a restaurant with no actual storage location, simply left out in the open. Secondly, the man at the counter was extremely RUDE, did not have the as per your website the securing locking tabs for said luggage with bar-code and told me that he was NOT responsible and did not care if we left the luggage or not. Thirdly, i called the contact number and the person I spoke was even more rude and unprofessional. I will dispute the charge on my credit card and will NOT pay. I work in the cruise industry, the hospitality side, came off a Princess ship in San Diego and informed all concerned to not use your service because of what transpired.

The grocery store in which i was supposed to store my suitcase was closed when I arrived - it was supposed to be open at 7 a.m. and I arrived at 7:40 and it was still not open. In the had I did not store my suitcase and carried it with me back to the hotel. Did not use your service in the end.
