“The place where I paid to store my luggage was a store - which in itself is no problem - but our luggage was on the store floor where customers walk to view the store's merchandise. It was out in the open amoungst the customers. The store employees were pleasant and the finding and paying for the storage was easy; leaving my luggage at the store was not - though it was right where we put it when we returned.”

“Paying for storage was very easy to do through the website. I was immediately sent the storage address after payment was recieved.”

“This is a great service! However, I was waiting for awhile to be helped and the people did not seem too helpful... Additionally, they stacked other bags on top of my bag that had a fragile item in it and it broke. So, not very happy about that. Other than that, great idea and service.”

“The web site says the store opens at 10:00am and we made plans accordingly but the store didn’t open till 10:30am. We had to wait around for 30min outside and everything was pushed behind in our already limited schedule. Not happy with the service :(”

“I’m grateful the service was available because it saved me, since I didn’t know where to put my bag. The problem is another: I paid for a service that was supposed to keep my bag until 10pm. It was a laundromat that supposedly stayed open until 10. It would’ve worked perfectly because it was at an event until 8:30 and the laundromat was not too far. The owner told me that even though it says 10, I should’ve come at least around 9:30 because if there’s no client they just close earlier. I had no other choice so I accepted. I actually had to leave the event earlier just to be safe because I couldn’t risk to find the laundromat closed. I got there at 8:50 and it was already closed! Luckily some people were still inside so I knocked and explained my situation through the closed door and they finally opened. That’s really not cool, I guess you can’t trust the time on the website...”

“The location of storage was sketchy. Drunk people were waiting for the store to open. Storage area was not secure to our comfort level. From your website it was not obvious that you use 3rd party stores to utilize your service. The store manager was super nice and our luggage was in tact when we arrived to pick it up.”

“The service was awesome - super useful. But the place I dropped off my luggage was pretty weird. Couldn't tell where the front door was, had to call, then find a door bell, then have someone let me in. That made the experience a little weird.”

“It was definitely extremely convenient and I was able to drop my bag off and get my bag without issue, but they were basically stored out in the open in a convenience store which made me quite nervous about my bag being there when I returned. I'd prefer not to have to store it like that in the future.”

“The service was OK. However, if I had known where it was located before I paid my money, I would not have done it. I spent more time taking and going and getting my luggage, then I did saving anything. I was a great time waster. I completely missed what I wanted to do because the location was way out of the way from the train station. I felt I was taken by the service.”

“Super sketchy process. You basically give your bags to a random person in what looks like a mailroom, get your bags tagged and be off on your way. I did not feel safe doing this but at the end of the day I picked up my luggage with no problem at all.”

“Very easy to use. The location I used had us place our bags near the front desk (it was a dry cleaners), they were tagged, and we took a photo of our belongings. Everything ended up being OK, but our bags necessarily didn't seem that safe since they were just sitting at the front entry way. Since we were in NYC, we would have felt a bit more safe if the bags were placed behind the desk so you couldn't see them right when you walk in (or walk by from the outside).”
