“I was disappointed with my last recurring order. One of the products was backlogged, I understand that you called and asked to delay the shipping of the order, but the explaining was off and doesn’t make sense.. I was asked to wait for the product to arrive,, which I would to save shipping cost for you, but asking me to wait for one month!? My next recurring order would have applied by then. Common sense please.”

“請裝箱時候留意盒裝在底，袋裝在上面，好多時候訂原盒貓糧和袋裝狗糧，都係包裝在底，盒裝在面，好容易會弄穿袋裝狗糧，謝謝幫忙”

“delivery team very responsible. Mr MAK Ying-kit (Staff#0111) revisited to my lobby management on 13/2/2023 in order to find out my parcel which our janitor claimed she cannot find my parcel. Finally, I can get back my parcel a day after 13/2/2023 as our janitor wrongly passed my parcel to another household. I would like to take this oppuntunity to give my compliments to him.”

“When I know our existing supply lack of stock, my sister introduces Vetopia for me. It is a very good store, the price is cheaper than our pass supply and the deliver arrangement was so fast, only 1 working day. Also, I find the promotion rate for continuous orders. It is very convenience.”
