Awful company. No protection for buyers. Items being sold faulty, not as described, buyer has to pay for the return always. Such an unpleasant experience. I cannot recommend.

Awful experience. A buyer scammed me and the Vinted help team were totally useless. Not even sure they were human... Don't waste your time on this awful platform, it's full of scammers and time wasters. Just read the reviews online!

Poor customer service.... and the seller's don't send. Stay away from this site unless you love to be mess around.they refuse to give you a refund looking for excuses all the time this company needs to fix up .. I've waited 35days just for to ask me to wait even longer.. there are also alot of fake accounts so aware.vinted are aware of this also and still make you wait up to 35 days or even more to be refunded... I would rather pay for brand new stuff then go back to this site again VERY POOR

Don’t use this platform! I sold an item and have never received the money. Despite numerous attempts to find out why, they are dismissive and have zero customer service skills, I gave them proof and went through every platform I could but to no avail. Abhorrent treatment and frauds.

Heel slecht. Je krijgt geen geld terug als iets een item niet in de verpakking zit en je het probleem hebt gemeld met foto's. Je betaald voor kopers, maar je krijgt niets! Hele slechte service, want je krijgt geen service!!

Worst customer service ever. Item paid for but delivered to someone else. Fund was released to seller despite writing to them that item was not delivered to me. They assist carrier to defraud customers. No competent staff and no empathy.

I have never received such bad customer service. Vinted is fine when everything is going alright. If you have a problem you can’t speak to anyone. You send message after message comes back to you. It is appalling. I was banned from Vinted saying I was breaking terms and conditions, which I wasn’t I have tried to reinstate my account but nobody ever responds To me, I have spent a lot of money on Vinted promoting my items and bumping them. They have suspended my account but not offered to refund the money I have spent keep away from them. Is my advice

The worst customer service I've ever witnessed and its consistently bad across the board. It's actually impressive how bad it is. I've contacted multiple people and had the same response, every single time. I bought an item and the seller used the wrong address that was in no way related to me, and because they were delivered (to a complete wrong address) Vinted have closed the case in favour of the buyer even though I've explained to them and shown proof multiple times that they didn't send them to my address. It would have genuinely took someone even remotely competent 60 seconds to figure out that the address was completely wrong, unfortunately, it seems that they don't have anyone competent working for them. I actually reworded the sentence explaining that they sent them to the wrong address six times in one email and they still completely ignored the fact they were sent to the wrong address and said they were delivered so they couldn't help. So, if anyone wants free money, just sell something on Vinted and as long as the item arrives at any address and the tracking shows as delivered, you can keep the money. It doesn't matter what address, or what you send.

It is all good until you want to exercise your right to return the item under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Vinted insist their internal processes are superior to UK legislation.

Sold a pair of shoes. Buyer received and lied about defects and tried to obtain a lower buying price. I requested a return at my own expense. Buyer scammed me by sending back an old used pair of shoes. Vinted don’t care and the help team are useless robots. Might as well be speaking to a donut. Worst company I have ever used and I will be going pack to EBay, who are expensive but at least they are competent — and don’t seem to attract the same morons as the digital cess pit that is Vinted. Should call it shafted, instead. 0/10

Fraudulent company. I posted an item which I have proof of delivery. The paid said she received a completely different item. I complained, Vinted contacted the courier and said that I didn’t follow the correct shipping g procedure so they refunded the buyer when she did receive the item. They certainly do not support the seller and customer service is shocking. They don’t look at the proof so I have lost money.

I am absolutely disgusted with Vinted. I asked for return from a seller who went ahead and issued one. It stated that the parcel should be sent by the 16th of September, I went ahead and sent the parcel on the 15th. No tracking information appeared. I contacted Vinted about my concerns, an automated response told me that they would reply within 48 hours. No one responded until I messaged again after 48 hours, within which time, the return was cancelled as it went out of the return time, even though it had been sent! I have provided the return receipt and tracking info yet Vinted are reluctant to help because they’ve already released funds to the seller! I sent the item before the send date yet apparently it is my fault? They have no said they will say no more on the matter, leaving me without the item or the money, even though I sent before the send date! Absolutely disgusting

Bought a pair of trainers to be delivered too a shop.Vinted put wrong name on the parcel.I can't collect it.Emailed them.got a Message back in FRENCH stating reply in 48 hours.They didn't.Sent another email and got same message but they did reply.In order too fix the transaction they sent a form for me too fill in but the form was PDF format.I can't edit that.They had the cheek too troll me too reformat the form and use paint too edit the text.Impossible too do.Useless support.Anyways told them they are a joke company so the blocked my account and Im dealing with the transaction with my Bank only as Vinted are useless.
