“Competent and fast response. I got my visa quickly and they were very responsive and helped me with the form fill in. However, I received a nasty advertisement sticker on my passport which was difficult to remove. Also, after the visa process they bombarded me with spam emails. That should not happen with an expensive service. Yes, and 100$ exclusive delivery costs for their service is quite expensive. In the end it is just a walk to the embassy and waiting a little in the line.”

“They key staff were helpful. Except for one staffer at the 800 info number who had never heard of Express to Russia. The web site really needs to be easier to understand. Its just not clear that FULL VISA SERVICE requires the client to have the official invitation first before they can submit the official visa application.”

“I have missed my business trip, for the following reasons: 1) I had to call on Thursday to check the status, as I was leaving on Friday, and no word of my Visa. I was promised a call back on Thursday, to which I finally received the call on Friday afternoon. 2)My passport and Visa was finally delivered on Saturday, but my last name was incomplete/incorrectly spelled. Since the Visa does not match my ID or Passport, I did not take the chance of flying, only to be stuck at the airport in Bangladesh, without a valid Visa. This was important business travel, and this has really caused an impact for our company.”

“HORRIBLE! They put someone else's picture on my Gambian visa. Now my business trip to West Africa is ruined, and I paid hundreds of dollars for the service. >:-( If you can do the job yourself, do it. Otherwise, you might be out of a trip.”
