“I have not received my passport back. The LA office is useless and less than helpful. They claim they sent it back on August 30, but there is no record in the Fedex system. I received an email saying the visa was submitted and would be ready on August 30 and on August 31 I received the survey. I never received an email saying it was sent. Very disappointed by your lack of service. I used you guys previously and never had a problem, but now I do.”

“We normally deal directly with the respective country embassy/consulate for all visa requirements. We decided to engage VisaHQ for visa application services. We are pleased that we tried but won't be using or recommending VisaHQ in the future. We deem the quality of the service as poor - do not respond in a timely manner nor provide any meaningful updates regarding the progress of a visa application.”

“VisaHQ is a SCAM!!! The company is unscrupulous and I am going to make a complaint to the Information Commissioner Office about the way in which my personal information has been fraudulently obtained online. VisaHQ attempted to charge me approximately £150. For a visa that actually costs €50!”

“All I had to do was provide them with my information and they did everything else. I was shocked on how little time and effort I needed to do for this. Was in and out of the office in 20 minutes when the queue looked like people would be there for hours.”

“The service is very good and they provide what they promise to you. I got my visa 5 days earlier than what I expected. They update the status of the process online very fast so you can check the status by yourself. And they also email the updates to you. Very convenient.”
