“Item 605mm under cabinet strip light 14w T5 £15.99 pros easy to fit, good lighting effect cons only one complaint, the mains connection supplied is an extremely loose fit and requires additional securing (with tape?) to retain in position.”

“I have never been so disgusted at there customer relations treat and speak to people. I have had an problem with Wickes regarding some paint. After 3 months still not resolved. Spoke to a Rowena Corrinton today, apparently a manager, well she has no people skills, people like her don't deserve a job. Rowena rates herself far to high, got the impression she was playing to an audience. Never complain over phone always by email, because Rowena did say that calls are not recorded. They should be, so small people like her in her place. I did get help last week from a lovely guy called Mark Brumpton, who was really efficient, but unfortunately he's gone on his holidays. No problem is still not resolved. I don't even want to have any dealing with Rowena again. I think she needs to be put in her place. Hopefully she and Rebecca Pinnock are the only two that are so poor st there jobs.”

“Will never use them again!!! Ordered a radiator that takes ‘Up To 5 Working Days for Delivery’ and by the 6th day we still had no radiator. Rang at 9am on the 6th day asking where the radiator was and was informed that there had been an IT issue and that I would get a phone call straight back… 3 hours later still heard nothing, so rang again… Was informed that the order has definitely gone to the supplier, I asked when and was told it was 9:15am that very same morning! I asked when would I get delivery and was told up to 5 working days as this is their suppliers schedule… ‘I ordered the radiator off YOUR website where it states 5 working days on YOUR receipt after I paid YOU and YOU are taking no responsibility for this!!’… I had a plumber coming to install it the next day and the floor had been taken up in preparation… The response was obviously pure boredom and lack of caring ‘it’s the suppliers 5 working days’… No customer service at all!!!”
