“Ultimately we're very happy with the appearance of the kitchen. This is the first kitchen fit we have done and there are a few things at the design stage we would focus on/clarify if we were to do this again. However, Wren's after sales service has been excellent (as there were a couple of snags) but we cannot fault their attentiveness.”

“kitchen is lovely and we had some wrong parts delivered which meant we had to have our kitchen fitter out again, the replacement parts were delivered and Wren paid the extra fees as well, this took longer than i had hoped but we got the money in the end.”

“I have recently purchased a kitchens from Wrens from the Infinity Plus Range. I have to say that the built quality is excellent and one of the most appealing things is the actual depth of all the cupboards. The detailed and extensive plans that came with the kitchen were invaluable to the insulation. I was impressed with the after sales care. Minor adjustments to our order were rectified quickly and efficiently. All in all a positive experience.”

“From the very beginning at the Solihull showroom with Jay, the whole Wren experience has been a pleasure. Jay was so helpful, patient and understanding and created a fabulous end plan at an amazing price. We decided to get our own installer and quartz worktop supplier but appliances and units, sink and tap all with Wren. The order and delivery team were great at communicating updates on order / delivery. Our installers said they were very impressed with the quality of the units and were far superior to other “shed” type kitchens. There were a couple of bits missing on delivery but a simple call to Wren ensured a replacement was sent out as soon as possible. Our installers were struggling on how to install a couple of finishes so again another call to the team and they helped out with sending links and instructions with videos. Once the end of the kitchen was in sight again installers found one plinth short and a scratch on the integrated fridge gloss door so called the CS team and replacements were arranged straight away. I can honestly say I was nervous as the whole package once you add up installation, appliances, units, electrical, decorating etc soon adds up to a fairly large sum but I would not hesitate to recommend Wren over and over again!! Thank you Wren!!”

“We recently had a full kitchen installed by Wren (Ashton Under Lyne) The product, service, fitting and experience are second to none. Everything was delivered on time. The fitters came when they said they would. Nothing was too much trouble for both the design team and the fitters. I am now left with a kitchen that when anybody walks in the first thing they say is WOW. Well done the Ashton team!”

“Absolutely brilliant from discussing the kitchen, their design, delivery & fitting. This company are the experts, look no further. Our kitchen was fitted as per the plan, the fitter was excellent, worked long days with out any issues. The quality of the kitchen is very high standard. The price was very good compared to others.”

“Having now been on the fourth worktop within the warranty period and fourth different 'engineer' I am pleased to say the warranty has nearly ran out and don't have to have another wren worktop. Customer care are really good at their job, excellent really, warranty covered as it should. But, in my particular experience, the company NEED to have good customer service due to some material issues and the odd workmanship issues. I believe that if we had 'stone' worktops things may have been different because Wren don't make them or understand, fit them! This was not a 'dream kitchen' in any shape or form for us, it was a nightmare to the point of tears, especially now that I have to re decorate again for the third time! The above is only our experience and is only brief but I believe accurate! Unfortunately for Wren, some of my friends have followed the stories and are going elsewhere for kitchens. Sorry Wren, things could have been different!”

“After my last review of Wren's complete lack of customer service I was contacted by them to assure me that my review had been passed to the appropriate department who would contact me in due course. That was before Christmas. It is now the last week of May and still NOTHING. We have a cupboard that is noticeably squint and soft closing doors that don't. They have not addressed any of the issues that we brought up with them going right back to the first fitters supplied by them who were removed from the job mid installation due to the poor quality of their work. Whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Once you have signed on the line customer care ceases to exist. Shame on you Wren.”

“Design process was simple and supportive. We made a number of changes to our plans and it was no trouble. We felt well informed and guided. Kitchen was delivered on time, no hassle and was high quality. Delighted with the end product.”

“Kitchen fantastic, looks great and fitter said really good to install. Wren were recommended by my kitchen fitter after installing several different company kitchens he said it was probably the best one!! High praise as he is a perfectionist”
