Nearly Impossible to Get Refund Poor customer service which is always sided with seller. Horrible customer support such as: Bought a bad pair of shoes with wrong measurements and was asked to take photos and measurements to proof myself. Unless you never return product then it’s okay. Otherwise, AliExpress’ customer support is next to Nothing!

Ordered worx092L order #8178549231949813 on 11/3/2023, but received worx092L.9 instead. The battery and the battery charger were not included. Asked for refund, seller asked me if I'm willing to accept the compensation. I clicked on Accept to get ready to talk about the details. But, the dispute case was just closed by AliExpress. I contacted AliExpress. AliExpress asked "The seller lied to you?" and they said that nothing AliExpress can do to help me. I must contact the seller to solve the issue myself. But, the seller stopped to respond to me. I lost some money, but AliExpress lost the customers forever

I'm a loyal customer of this company for many years but the first time I have been scam by a seller helth watch store ( watch out). Thay prefer to backup the seller then there loyal customers I will never buy from them in my life check out curfuly before you order so you will don't get harm and disappointment.

I am very disappointed with Aliexpress. I placed an order Oct 23 2023 for the first time and was given a Fed ex tracking number a few days later. Within a few days I followed up on the order with the tracking number given and the order was delivered. Fed ex takes a picture of the delivery at the door. Surprise, it was not my door. I called Fed ex with the tracking number given by Aliexpress and surprise the name and address on the order was not mine. Wow! Fed ex said I needed to contact Aliexpress for a valid Fed ex number. Needless to say i contacted the seller several times and no reply at all. I contacted PayPal and filed a dispute with them about this company. I will not do business with them ever again.

I bought a headset receiver from this company and they sent me the wrong receiver and then refused to either send me the correct product or refund my money . Whatva scammer only place this is I would never buy anything from them again

I purchase a electronic items from this site. The product was not working properly and I ended up threw it in garbage. The customer service is on the seller side. You will not get any volunteer from their products. It is very poor service. I would not buy anything from them or recommend them to anybody.

Please save yourself the headache !!!!!!!!! I usually don't waste my time making these reviews but if it saves another idiot like me from a wasting $$ and a headache then I have to do what's right and warn people. ALIEXPRESS IS A SCAM. I have screen shots to prove it. Tracking # are fake! They act like they are selling things and promise refunds. You will be STUCK. It goes like this: you already pay. It is past delivery date (like a month or so over) and they tell you IT IS STILL ON ITS WAY !, another month goes by, you inquire for a refund and they say ITS ON ITS WAY!, another month goes by, and they say ITLL BE DELIEVERED ON THIS DATE, and you ask for a refund after it has been over 3 months now, same process. You will be STUCK. They do not have the authority to refund you. See screen shots. Nor do they have the authority to contact the dispute team to refund you. See screen shots. NOR DO THEY WANT TOO!!

Pathetic with a capital P. they send me the wrong item, I request a refund for $20, they approve the refund and issue it but its never received. I almost feel its a scam in hopes I would forget about it. I message them and they will send me an email about it within 48 hours, no email, more messaging, they tell me to contact my credit card and confirm no refund, 10 min later I am talking with someone new again to go over it again and again Unless the item is worth a couple of $ I will never buy from this site EVER again, and I better be saving at least 50% over a local store because I can have it today vs 1 month with easy customer service

AliExpress enables sellers to scam you. I was sent a product that was so cheap and they insist I pay for return shipping which cost is higher than actual good. I can’t do that for a product that’s worth putting in the garbage. I can’t even salvage it. Talking to customer service is like talking to a bot with pre typed answers. Beware

I bought 10 hangers from this site and I only received four. They told me that since my order was “received” I don’t get a refund, and they are ignoring my explanation about the problem.

The item results as delivered, but I haven't received the item. There is no mode to recover anything. AliExpress, even if it has a complaint category that sounds like "the item results as delivered but it's not", didn't do anything. That means that they know the issue, but do not act accordingly. I'll try to do something with PayPal, but even they are cowering out.

For item not arrived thei tracking showed "arrived at local delivery center". My local post office tracking showed the package still out of the country. Credit as per purchase protection was denied. For evidence, tracking was not enough for them, they wanted a carrier certificate that the package was NOT delivered. As we all know, carriers only give proof of delivery (not of no delivery). So reimbursement was denied because I could not prove I am not an ...elephant!

They did not deliver the package and would not return my money because I couldn't prove they did not deliver the package. How can you prove something didn't happen. They are a den of thieves.

This is such a bad company. According to track and trace, the package was delivered and it was not. I have been trying to get my money back for 2 months now, but they refuse to conduct an investigation themselves. They are responsible for this, but they do not take that responsibility. I have now received a letter from PostNL stating that it has been lost because this is what they wanted, but I will still not get my money back. They're a bunch of scammers.

DENIED ALL THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES, AGREEMENTS AND HISTORIES, NEGLECT THEIR VALUABLE CUSTOMER AND IGNORE ALL MY PROOFS PUTTING MY MESSAGES INTO A BLACK HOLE. THESE ARE FRAUDULENT ACTS! AliExpress debited these amounts and AliExpress are responsible to refund BUT THEY ALL JUST PASS THE BALL AROUND, NEGLECT THE VALUABLE CUSTOMER AND IGNORE ALL MY PROOFS PUTTING MY (more than 4) DISPUTES INTO A BLACK HOLE. THESE JUST WENT AROUND IN CIRCLE SINCE THERE IS NO OTHER WAY TO TALK OR ESCALATE TO ANYBODY AT ALL. As the provider of the AliExpress trading platform, AliExpress DID NOT get my REFUND (Extra Charges) from BOTH SELLERS and DID NOT GUARANTEE my REFUND even if BOTH SELLERS refuses to refund.
