“Worst internet shopping experience I’ve ever had ,Ali express will scam you out your money and side with sellers who send you incomplete items. (What’s all that about?) Do not trust this company with your money ,too many dishonest traders over there ,it’s a mine field full of them. Leaves you cold Avoid”

“November 28 2022, order #8158771407036052. I bought this item by mistake, and CANCELED it after a few minutes. Seller ignored all my messages and sent me the 2nd item ASAP. So, I paid twice for the same order. I wanted to return it and asked to send me Return Label. Recently I had heart operation and I'm not allowed to use any electrical devices- massagers because it is dangerous to me due my Medical Cardio Stimulator/heart pace maker that stimulating my heart muscle. I still have not opened parcel. I did not used or tried item which I bought and did not ordered. I sent messages to seller & Customer Service. I got link from them "500 Internal Server Error." It is NO BUYER SUPPORT. I can not communicate with Seller and Customer Service web site. It is difficult to find any help. Seller want me to check Operating Error in item, make video of it and provide like evidence. Why I should do it if I bought item by MISTAKE, DID NOT ORDERED & still have NOT OPENED PARCEL? Now What I have to do with 2 useless items? Connect & communicate with Customer Service website IS NOT POSSIBLE. They want only money from you not giving support.”

“bought earphones that were defective / called them and was told to wait for new replacement ones and wait time 30 to 45 days / after wait time i texted them wher is my item and got a reply of a sad face / not the way to retain good customer service relation / there are other retailers”

“They can do whatever they want. First they promise free returns within 15 days no matter what the issue. Then they change that overnight by limiting 3 returns per customer 🥴 then they force you to spend your own money to return or else you are stuck with that product. The platform and seller plays table tennis with the buyer sending them back and forth like a ball. The seller can be rude to you cause you went to buy their product and AliExpress has no say in it. Seller intentionally provides return address in their native language which is not acceptable in USA for shipping yet AliExpress has nothing to say (solve with seller we are here to take your money only attitude). Upon requesting AliExpress to help get the English return address they reply “if you don’t return the product within time frame we’ll give your money to seller. ‘Your problem seller not giving you return address and we will not do anything except taking your money’”. Not to mention the AliExpress experts that probably don’t speak English nor do understand and are expert in auto response no matter what you are saying. They are also expert in fake promising. In short AliExpress is here to take your money. You got a problem your problem, they are here to take your money that’s it! So do yourself a favor keep your money to yourself 😅”

“Aliexpress é lixo toxico. Não comprem nada aqui. Se algo correr mal com um artigo, podem mandar fotos,descrever o problema ,eles serão sempre a favor do vendedor e nunca dão um reembolso. Tentem na wish.com, são muitos honestos,rapidos e competentes.”

“Instead of sending my order to California they sent it to Alabama. There is no way to communicate by phone and very hard to find a way to communicate online. Impossible to deal with.”

“I've been robbed. My order 8156534955127204 never arrived. Seller provided fake tracking and I didn't get refund. This is not first time that happened. I'm removing credit card and stop using this!”

“I ordered 4 Christmas Pajama sets for our yearly Christmas morning matching pajama photo. I ordered them on 11/26/2022. Today is 12/19/2022 and I still have not received the order, so I went on the website to track the shipment. With no notification, Aliexpress just canceled my order (order # 8158620449450495) on 12/18/22, claiming an invalid tracking number. Now we are stuck trying to find matching pajamas with less than a week before Christmas. They did refund the money, but I paid interest on my credit card. Very frustrating! It’s no wonder why they have a poor rating. Shop with Aliexpress at your own risk! Apparently it takes 22 days for their inept staff to figure out that the tracking number (which they assigned) was “invalid”!”

“They do not refund you! RUN away from this site. So many times the package has been "lost" or not sent at all and they act stupid and not refund you. It's a scam.”

“AliExpress is a bad place to do business, they don't send the items and when the items are defective they make so hard to get a replacement item or a refund , time after time it has happened to me until I made the decision to close my account, it is not worth it.”

“The Vin-Diesel store with Ali-Express out of China are crooks. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! They are not a good seller. My purchase was never received and when I requested a refund, they said it was my problem. They are horrible!!”
