Not sure if people only come here to complain but I've had maybe a dozen bad transactions on Ali out of hundreds. And every single one was refunded

I have made 6 separate purchases from AliExpress, involving 4 different vendors and 12 different items, made on four different dates spanning over three months. There were problems with every purchase with only and they all had an element of scamming. To date, I only received one-third of the items. Of these, 6 items were from the same vendor but only 2 items were received. I received upsells when I purchased one item which were perceived to be good deals. But it became evident they only made partial shipments so they could prove delivery then the onus was put on my to prove I did not receive delivery of the other items. In spite of sending photos of my shipment and appealing it, my claim was rejected due to insufficient proof that my order was not received. This is their scam which I learned is a popular scam. Also, the two items I did receive were not properly packaged and both were badly damaged. Another of these vendor's items was supposed to be a tool but instead I literally received a photo of a tool. As I reread the auction, it was almost impossible to know this with only one small hint hidden in the content. A third vendor's items were a set of screws that were labelled in such a way that I took them as the North American measurements. But when they arrived, they were micro screws that were nothing like what I expected and not useable. The only way I would get my refund is to ship them back which would cost me more than I paid for them. I opted not to do this because of how unlikely it was that I would actually get a refund if I did. All rejected claims were appealed and AliExpress was definitely NOT on the buyers side. The best I can tell, the appeal never even made it to a human as the denied appeal was instant after submitting them.

If I could put 0 star I would. Ordered 4 blankets for a value of 200$. Received wrong model which the seller admitted. Seller asked to return to reimburse but did not want to pay shipping fees. Cost of shipping in China is $1,300.00 +++brokerage & duties. So as result, I paid 200$ and never received my blankets. Be aware: Purchase Protection offered by Aliexpress, credit card or paypal does not cover this scenario as vendor s willing to reimburse if you ship it back. They made a mistake but you have to cover the return shipping cost..... Simply fraudulous. I guess they just send whatever they have in stock knowing you will never send it back. They get the sale and $ and you lose your $. Never again.

Aliexpress has turned into a site of Chinese rogue sellers over the past year I have made three purchases on Aliexpress over the past three months, and all three three times the Chinese have deceived me. 1st: On December 6, 2022, I paid on the website for order No. 5094 4601 7776 8974, LK072327767CN, for a battery for a video camera, for 935 rubles. The result - the battery was sent a faulty one, Aliexpress decided to pay me the money on February 12, 2023. But today is already March 17, 2023, and the money is not being paid, although the payment is declared on the website in 3-20 days! After making this decision, the order on the site is closed and is no longer displayed. You will not be able to write anywhere as before - all questions are answered by an online chat bot that drives the client in a circle, but apparently this is all that Chinese thieves need! 2nd case: After that, on January 23, 2023, I paid 1203.67 rubles for a battery in another store, order No. 5101 9280 1687 8974, track number 3026855543, with delivery from Russia. But after my payment, on the second day, the seller's Chinese store disappeared from the Aliexpress website. I opened a dispute, the money was returned, but not all - the Chinese thieves from the Aliexpress website considered it enough to return me only 1,066.45 rubles, pocketing my almost 200 rubles. Case 3: On January 31, 2023, I paid 462.82 rubles for 4 replacement brushes for an electric toothbrush, order 5104 9899 1438 8974, track number LC124222101CN. But the seller sent not four but six brushes, though not suitable for my electric brush. I opened a dispute, the Chinese wrote that he sent me brushes again, but a month passed, I never saw any money or brushes. The most important thing is that now you cannot write anywhere about this Chinese scam, there is no connection on the Aliexpress website for this. In addition, you will not be able to submit feedback about this scam to the Chinese on the scam sellers page. Bad information about Chinese thieves will not appear anyway. You can only express dissatisfaction with yourself, scolding yourself for having contacted the Chinese.

Biggest scam of the century. They make money by scamming people. They ask for proof of that product wasn’t work Also product received is damaged? Forget it! They will never refund you! They drag you around and close the case without refund. The customer service only worries about the feedback but generally they lies every time when you ask about help.

I dropped off an Ali Express return package at Neighbour Express outlet in Edmonton (Busy Bee Warehousing Ltd) on February 2 using the free return service. The agent at Busy Bee Warehousing did not give me any written confirmation when I handed over the package to him. Sent a few emails to Neighbour Express regarding the package but all bounced back as the compnay's email address is invalid. Chatted with 5 Ali Express agents back and forth online and explained the situation. All dispute cases were denied. Neigbhour Express lost the package in transit as of February 24 and Ali Express refused to refund the money because the upper management demanded to have an official delivery provement. Explained to the agent again that I cannot get a hold of Neighbour Express nor Busy Bee Warehousing (now closed permnaently) for the delivery provement. No more placing orders through Ali Express as the upper management is short-sighted, and ignorant to the differences and complexities of customer situations. Ali Express upper management do not read the comments that the agents inserted in the dispute cases but only use the one size fits all approach for resolution regardless what the customer has explained the situation. Ali Express is always on seller side even they had all the proofs from me. Aliexpress deliberately stalled and delayed until my so called the "buyer protection" ran out and has now closed my case. Their FREE RETURN is unreliable and the BUYER PROTECTION is a joke. They will use excuses for not refunding the money.

Customer Service Ali Express Customer service is a waste of time never received the product even provided proof that the delivery was not made by Canada Poste and do not want to refund me really not honest. Service à la clientèles de Ali Express Service à la clientèle est une perte de temps jamais reçu le produit même fourni la preuve que la livraison n’a pas été fait par Poste Canada et ne veulent pas me rembourser vraiment pas honnête.

I didn't received my goods, Aliexpress team said that I have to prove it :))) When I have asked "how can I prove that I didn't received my item?", they answered "now this request has exceeded the AliExpress protection period." 1 star its a lot for them!

Every SINGLE time I have an issue, the seller rips you off. The website is awful. I got sent an item in the WRONG color, and the seller blamed me and "offered" that I send the item back to China for 1/2 refund. As good as the prices seem, AVOID AVOID AVOID. This is a lousy, lousy, lousy site!

They stole the money, transferred it to the bonus account instead of returning it to the card. Now they send a falsified screenshot with an inscription that was not there at the time the order was canceled. Moreover, in the falsified inscription they refer to a document with the terms of service, which does not exist. Use other services, where delivery is faster, cheaper, and they don’t steal.

Their return policy is the worst,beware,their products look enticing but they charge shipping as much as the product price and just a few has good quality ,the rest is just a waste of your money and they will also charge you twice for some items,so pls be very careful,you might as well really buy from Amazon ,if ppl really want to buy some items fr this online site,they can just spend maybe the most $20,it's a trial n error but me I spent nearly $300 and hasn't gotten all the items I ordered.This is a ripped off.So pls ppl BEWARE!!!

Do not buy from the SCAM COMPANY ALIEXPRESS, no item received, I had to fight with this SCAM COMPANY ALIEXPRESS and did not got refunded, very bad, anything you buy from the SCAM COMPANY ALIEXPRESS, you will lose your money, there FREE RETURN is fake, there BUYER PROTECTION is fake, they will use a fake tracking number, look at the reviews, everyone lose their money, no one gets refunded, shame company SCAM COMPANY ALIEXPRESS.

Its beyond belief that this fraudulent merchant is trading. Like many others on here I was scammed by AliExpress. Firstly, the merchant sent me counterfeit goods, I opened a dispute with them and they agreed I could return them for a full refund. I returned them to their UK warehouse with the pre-paid postage label they sent. AliExpress then said item was never returned even though I had Royal Mail proof of delivery. I opened a case with PayPal, AliExpress responded saying they have agreed to refund provided I send the items back to their address in China! PayPal closed the case in the sellers favour, I contacted PayPal and explained I have returned them to the original UK address and again provided my tracking info and proved to them that they were also deceived by AliExpress. PayPal reimbursed me with a voucher for the full amount. I have reported AliExpress to the National Consumers Standards they need to be taken down.

do not buy from theses people, no item recieved, I have to fight with the seller and Aliexpress, very bad, buy from Amazon or Ebay, much safer, theses people are scammer (seller and Aliexpress)

The worst company I had to ever deal with! Really poor customer service, I have raised two disputes to signify that the order has been sent back, as I was unhappy with the size and it's been more than 35 days and I am still waiting to be refunded. The most unreliable customer service I have ever received. If I were you, from customer to customer stay away, otherwise you may be scammed. Very disappointed with them. I will never ever buy from them.

Bought a car item for aliexpress. Seller send the one suitable for Usa and not australia. Upon complaining, the seller ask - is your car right hand side drive. I mentioed that its australia and all cars sold here is right hand side. Even after repeated too and for messages including aliexpress customer team the result was sorry No- refund. I said i dont want refund, i want right product.

Store No.5877107 soramoore Official Store i have bought for around 300 $ items from this store, and the owner sent half of the items and stole the rest of my money and refused to refund me the money. i added very bad reviews but he deleted all the pages with bad reviews and he re added same items with no people review so he will be able to steel people's money all over again. too bad #aliexpress customer support they refused to refund me, even though i have sent them the bad conversation with the supplier, the bill that i received through the post that shows that i have received 9 items, while i ordered 15. I talked to them more than 10 times, and every time they sugar coated the emails and chat and the result is no refund. so, I believe nowadays aliexpress is not dealing properly with fraud suppliers. which make their customer service very bad and bunch of liars.

Don’t ever buy fm them! I received a wrong hearing aid item. Seller was unapologetic, kept telling me I am lucky to receive a more expensive item but the item cannot be found in their online store! Ali Express did nothing except lip svc. I wrote in 4 to 5 times and all they said was they would revert but none did! Terrible! Nvr gonna use them again! NEVER!

Deplorable Aliexpress, I have spent US$600 and I got nothing, it was mutually agreed with seller to return the item without tracking information, the seller have received the item back now but no reporting it, this is a scam, my company was starting to spent $3000 per month in part for my business from others seller, I will make sure that no one in my entourage and my business buys anything’s from your scam company, extremely disappointed.
