Looking for a new power washer great deals in Argos but guess what no stock of the first 4 power washer I checked it's very easy to sell items at half price when there's no stock. SCAM

Don’t preorder console games for launch day delivery as they don’t turn up and customer service fob you off .Cant speak to managers as they are all busy!! One disappointed son who waited in all day .Would have been better to go into town on the morning and cheaper!!

Current argos 3 for 2 sale seems to cost more than b4 the sale , the day b 4 prices were up to 60% cheaper on many items, for instance a 14.99 item i was looking at & screen shot b4 the sale is now 34.99 in there 3 for 2 sale. Very disappointed for a trusted brand

Useless. Next day delivery never happens. Vouchers when you spend certain amounts never happens. Items in the online store are rarely available for pick up or delivery but are in other stores??? Ever heard of warehouses? Waiting for more than 30 minutes in the click and collect queue on more than one occasion . Useless staff. I hate Argos, I will never use them again.

my parents bought the hauck travel system for me as a gift I started using 7 weeks ago but the wheels started falling off,my problem was my baby has down syndrome and wholes in the heart and is waiting on open heart surgery,he is a very sick baby and would only sleep in the cot part of his pram.i talked to customer support and explained the situation and was told I would be able to get an equivalent pram,I told them that argos no longer stocked this particular hauck system and the other prams that were a trio were more expensive,I said I was very worried as I needed the pram to have a cot due to my baby only being able to sleep in the cot part, I was told again I would get an equivalent pram at no extra cost to myself,so I took the faulty pram back yesterday to the argos where purchased in the over gate Dundee with my baby in the car seat that goes with the pram only to be told that no I could not get a travel system similar to the faulty one I was returning as they were more expensive ,the one i picked out was out of stock so i picked the next one,I explained that when I spoke to customer service that they said I could get an equivalent system and never quoted an amount that they would not go over ,i then said i would be happy to take a trio travel system of their choice but was told there was no way they would because of the price difference,they said i could have a refund but when i asked how i would get my premature sick baby weighing 7 pounds without the car seat home they offered no alternative apart from trying to sell me a buggy and car seat set that my baby was far to small and fragile to use, the way I was treated was apalling I was made out to be a liar,I was made an absolute fool of and spoke to like an idiot,when the female manager finally came over she was rude and just stood trying to be smart,at one point in desperation I asked if I could get the broken pram back and use the refund to fix it,I was told there's no way I'm giving you a broken pram back that would be stupid, why would you want a broken pram,had i not been sold fault broken goods in the first place i would not have been in that position,then asked me and my husband in a sarcastic way if we new the solution to the problem because she didn't ,after an hour of getting no where I agreed to the refund and eventually managed to allow us to keep the car seat so we could get the baby back home,like I say had I not been told on the phone I would get an exchange for the equivalent at no extra cost I would have sourced a pram prior rather than having to have the baby out in the pouring rain trying to get another one ,

With great faith I purchased a wheelchair for my disabled family member, the item was delivered next day however I found a cheaper and better quality product so decided to return the argos product. That’s where the problems started! I was advised to wait from 7.30am to 9pm for the courier to collect my return - first of all how inconvenient for someone who works! The return was arranged for Monday 25th September 2017, at about 5.30pm I was surprised no one arrived to collect my order so I decided to speak to argos. When I spoke with argos I was advised the courier attempted to collect the item but was unable to as there was no answer at the door- what a lie!!! This frustrated me so much as I had missed a day of work and waited around for no reason. A second return was scheduled for the day after 26/09/17, hesitant was my emotion throughout the day. I contacted argos around 4 times only to be advised I must wait till 9pm. Surprise surprise no one showed up!! How ridiculous is this?! I was then advised to wait an additional 30 mins taking my wait time till 09.30pm. I called argos only to be waiting 30 minutes before getting through to someone - was there any point .: the guy I spoke with was inconsiderate and unhelpful - yes I’m angry but he didn’t offer any suitable alternatives. Still nothing has been sorted .. whilst the method failed twice they are expecting me to rearrange for a 3rd time. Shocking!

I ordered a new tumble dryer as my old one had broken, received an email stating that I. Would be contacted within 2 days with delivery date and would receive my order within 7 days, 3 days had passed and I had still not heard when my delivery would be, so I rang customer service and was told my contact details would be passed on as it was through a 3rd party company, another 2 days passed and I had still not heard anything so I phoned again, to be told what I had order was out of stock and discontinued and my order was then cancelled, if I had not phoned them myself they would still have my money as they made no effort to contact me, I had to do all the leg work and then when I wanted to make a complaint I was told there was no phone line to make one, so I had to then go on a live chat, which was also unsuccessful, eventually I ended up having to write a complaint on their FB page which got there attention, 4 days later I finally received my refund and purchased a new tumble dryer elsewhere.

Argos after sales is crap. I've been on the phone for the second day trying to get some help. I have now been on the phone for 2 hours and not one person seems to know what they are doing.

Absolutely shocking. Sent me the wrong sofa. Took three months to replace it, made me choose a sofa I didn't like or have a refund to a cash card which can only be spent in their store. Shocking attitudes from the staff on the telephone and failure to follow up any complaints I made. I will never buy anything that needs to be delivered from these monkeys again. They had a replacement identical to my original choice but I missed the delivery and they took it back to the store and sold it. Worst company for online sales ever!

I bought a tumble dryer and paid £24.99 for next day delivery. I selected the 2pm to 6pm delivery slot as I had a hospital appointment in the morning but then rec'd a message to say they had tried to deliver it at 12:30. When I rang the contact number to find out what was going on I was told"You'll just have to arrange another day ". They then said that they couldn't deliver until the following Monday _ a week away! I demanded a refund including the delivery cost. Ao.com were quite happy to take my order and deliver the next day as promised_ in the correct time slot!

"Put it in a bin bag".....argos is … "Put it in a bin bag".....argos is terrible. Do not buy from there. The customer service team have no brain. I purchased a whole bedroom suite. One large wardrobe and 6 drawer chest were faulty. First they arranged a replacement and collection without telling me. Then didn't tell me to wrap it so the drivers wouldn't take it away or leave the new furniture. I am a single small lady and it was hard enough to take it down on my own, and I have a v small one bed flat with no garage and had got rid of the original packing as I didn't expect it to be faulty. So when I call to complain the woman on customer service told me to wrap it in a bin bag. It's a large three door wardrobe and a chest of drawers. In a bin bag??? I have now lost two days pay due to their uselessness. They wouldn't even let me unpack the new one and pack the old in the packing. GET A BRAIN ARGOS!

i will never order from argos again i was given a time and date for my new fridge freezer to be delivered and it wasn't delivered and no phone call explaining why it wasn't delivered i had to call to find out it was out of stock even though they confirmed a date and time dont bother with this company they obviously do not care about there customers so do yourself a favour and order elsewhere.

I tried to order 12 rolls of wallpaper online, but the drop down quantity only allows a maximum order of 10!! I called customer services who placed two separate orders to accommodate my 12 roll requirement. They took my payment, even though my order wouldn't be arriving for a while. I received 2 texts the following day, saying my orders would be delivered directly from the supplier, by 18/09/17. I've just received a further 2 texts saying it's delayed and may arrive up to 02/10/17!! Now I have decorators booked for next week, and no wallpaper. I've called and cancelled the order, but it will take 5-7 days for the refund to be processed. Absolutely shocking service.

I bought 2 more wireless repeaters on-line only to find that they were not compatible with my existing repeaters. This could only be established by putting one in the socket and then seeking help when it wouldn't work. Now Argos are refusing to refund me because it's '.used'. I could understand if it were food or some types of clothing or jewelry I could understand it but when its just an electronic plug that has been plugged in once..................Clearly doesn't pay to be honest either. I will never use them again and now I've seen Argos' review rating I wish I'd checked it before.

DO NOT buy white goods from Argos. They pass your phone number on to D&G insurance who DO NOT stop ringing you, they are phone pests.

I ordered online. Paid online. Went to collect...as told to by email. Order not ready. Couldn't go back till 10 days. Told order expired 'you will get refund' Purchased and paid instore. No refund. Asked online..told you collected item. Argos have stolen £34.99 from me. I can't afford that. They are a disgrace.

Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered and paid for item for same day delivery, its now 1pm the following day I've been on hold for 30minutes and told it should be here soon????? whatever that means. First customer service person was very rude and shouted over me when I was trying to talk.2nd person says even though they acknowledge I paid for the service (delivery)after kicking off the best they can offer is a refund of the delivery charge, No apologies even though they acknowledge the item was out of stock at there depot.(not my problem when they had taken my money already) wont ever use them again.""

I have ordered a cooker and was told the delivery will be between 12-2 and delivery driver will call 1 hour before arrival (recieved a text at 11:43), which means I should expect the delivery anything after 12:43, delivery arrived at 12:29 driver called me and I have asked if he could wait 10 minutes and he said no. I have spoken to customer service and explained the situation, then customer service advised that driver will be back in 15 minutes. I have timed myself from work to home and it took be 9 minutes. once I arrived home called the driver to find out where he was, he said that he came back 20 minutes ago. how can he be back 20 minutes ago unless he can time travel. I have spoken to customer service again and they advised that they could not do anything about. I have no cooking equipment, I have paid engineer to install the cooker which I will loose on top of all the stress of moving to new home and work.
