Normally a good service from Argos as quick and easy but in mid December the website has been terrible. Each time we've been on it's stated that "oops, we're busy". Their website really ought to be able to cope with the demand of shoppers at this time of year. The whole idea of Argos - click and collect - is so convenient for busy people. It's such a shame that they can't cope with Christmas! : (

The Flash on my camera stopped working. I returned it to Argos as it was still under warranty. They sent it off for repair. Today I received a letter which said the warranty was 'void' as the camera had suffered impact damage and they wanted £75.71 to repair it. The letter also said return carriage/handling/estimate refusal charge is £23.24. The Argos shop where I purchased the camera was unhelpful.

went into argos for a chest of drawers was not sure what colour i would have liked them so they got them down to the desk opened them ip and let me see them thanks to the lovely girl Ashley, very helpful

I got my son an Xbox and just 3 weeks later it was faulty so i rang up argos to see uf they could do anything about it and they said it must be my internet and i had just got my internet updated the previous week and they done nothing about it i am not very impressed with how they handled this situation

very shocking service for the second time and i wont be buying anything again from argos, i ordered my nieces xmas present 3 weeks ago they said it was in stock, it never arrived so i emailed several times and the only answer i got was to say there extremely busy, so resorted to ringing which i never got through 10 times then finally to be told sold out and will take 7 days to refund MY money which they were happy to keep hold of for 3 weeks with no contact!!!!!!!!!!!! SHOCKING POOR SERVICE

I went to our local Nuneaton branch of Argos. Picked out items I wanted, checked on machine Yes they have them. After a long queue at the till I was told they are out of stock. Not happy I returned to pick another item queued yet again and was told this is online order only. This is the second time this has happened to me. Why don't they update the system when sold out and why do they put these item on the machine if you can't buy in the shop Will never ever go back would rather pay more and get better service

Don’t buy through home delivery service if there’s something wrong with your item ie wrong size etc your local store won’t help even if customer services say they should. I was told on three occasions that I could return the Item that I purchased the day before. Now will have to wait three days for item to be picked up then hope expensive ring does not go missing and wait for refund. Poor customer service by Argos

Very poor quality furniture.Sofa cushions went out of shape after 7 months.After months of try to sort out with Argos I was told I could pay to have them sorted.After sales as poor as the quality of furniture.Will not be using again

Disgusted/fuming. New mattress delivered to me from ARGOS..Iam 60 and disabled. Two big men told me THEY CANNOT TAKE MATTRESS UPSTAIRS!!!! Health and safety was excuse. I now have no access to front door as it was dumped there. ??Safety issue for me I think!!. Now have ring round to find TWO people to move it upstairs..If I find someone on Friday night...not likely and at what cost?? Will sleep on sofa till I do...Where is a mattress supposed to go??? Black Friday...more like black everyday. This company's service is ridiculous. I received the wrong item repeatedly then returned them following their returns procedure and still have not received a refund. Despite speaking to several members of staff and emailing it has been over a month. They are quick enough to take your money. Will not use Argos in the future.

I went to the store im emersons green and the fast track system is terrible. I queued for ages at the fast track till and then when i got to the front i was then told fast trsck customers are queuing at customer service which i had tp join the back of the queue and wait for ages. Then when it was the person on front of me turn he was asked to go to the fast track till and people started queueing behind him which meant i nearly lost my place. I was then served and my order was not ready which meant more waiting. I did not even get an apology from any of the staff. There was nothing fast about fast track and i will definitely not be doing it again!

I just wanted to say that today I went to ARGOS Omagh, Co. Tyrone, N Ireland, I had a list in hand and didnt know where to start! As I stood helplessly looking round me dreading the whole process, over came an angel with the name 'Roiseen', who Im so grateful to for rescueing me!! She took me under her wing, and helped me locate and order the things that I wanted, and ordered the things that werent in stock. What a truely great staff member!! Thank you ROISEEN! [Im the lady that was doing santa.]

Absolutely rubbish! I bought insurance for my puppy and I haven't recievrd any documents or proof of my insurance off of them and it's almost been a year!, I've had no policy number or anything! Will not recommended ! In fact I will do my hardest to put anyone I know off buying pet insurance from argos!

I orders Andrew Barton heated rollers and I received Tresemme! Not only that the box was not sealed and there was no delivery note. I rung customer services and was in hold for 20 mins and probably cost me a fortune! But I must say the man was very helpful. He arranged a collection for two days time and for the correct product to be sent and even refunded me my the delivery cost. But overall for Argos I definitely won't be using them again!!!

Order created on the second of October 2014 for replacement of faulty goods sold by them. Was given delivery/collection date of the 22nd November. Just received call today stating can't deliver on this day but would re-schedule delivery for the 30th December. So three months to replace item's sold that are unfit for purpose. Then they had the cheek to asked if I would like to cancel the collection for the 22nd. So they can't deliver order's but then expect you to sit on the floor until they decide to deliver. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Buyers of furniture beware..

Argos staff take great pride in being willfully ignorant of any of their current offers or discounts, and give customers a hell of time at the checkouts if you try to ask for one of them. They also have little or no knowledge of the products they sell, or do not wish to disclose any of this information to customers. And they absolutely won't let you say a single bad word about their staff or their products on their own website reviews page if you do eventually tolerate all the aggravation you get trying to buy something, and make a purchase.
