“The only brand where I'm guaranteed value for money. I've bought various others, often more expensive and "stylish" but they nearly always begin to rot/ go to pieces / break up on the inside, sometimes quite quickly sometimes after a few months. Never happened with Clarks, and they are always extremely comfortable. Bought a new pair today.”

“As a group of 7 visitors from Cornwall. We descended on your Blandford Forum Clark’s shop during our Christmas holiday. A delightful lady called Jill Cornick, who was the only member of staff working on New Year’s Day, attended us with the utmost professionalism. She had fantastic knowledge of products available, a wonderful sense of humour and she made it a pleasure to spend time in this store. Clarks should be proud of the commitment and dedication of this member of staff. As a result between us we purchased 4 pairs of footwear.”

“Had a bit of a nightmare with delivery but the customer service team were amazing,spoke to 2 different members of the customer service team and they really went out of the way to help. Long story short they actually refunded the cost of the shoes which was £75.00 So they actually gave me a pair of shoes for free because of little bit of inconvenience. Very happy with that.”

“I LOVE Clarks shoes, I have wide feet, and they have saved me many times over the years. However … this season Clarks no longer seems to carry wide shoes, or for that matter shoes side 8 1/2 wide. Its been very frustrating to get emails every day advertising great shoes, and to have them over-populate my web sites, BUT THEY DON'T CARRY MY SIZE IN ANYTHING ANYMORE! wAHHH! How do I get their advertising off my web sites since i am so very very frustrated looking at great shoes they don't carry for every day Americans.”

“I have been the customer of Clarks for more than 8 years and I really love the brand. However, I think they should be careful with their presence at Kobbler outlet in Chennai and should reconsider. I just bought couple of pairs, formal and casual, day before yesterday but th challenge rather shocking this was store manager promoting other brand by saying Clarks is not that great for it's price. I hope the brand takes care of this.”

“I am always extremely happy with Clarks shoes - they are very comfortable and hard wearing as well as very smart to look at. Also very quick on delivery. I was very impressed when recently purchasing Hamble Oak Dark Tan Lea shoes with the service I received from Sharon and Tim at their Southampton Branch. They were most helpful in every way.”

“Excellent customer service I just happened upon Clarkes in the Abbey Centre one evening, to be honest it had been a long time since I had been in Clarkes, thinking of the shoes as more practical, sensible shoes. I was served by a lovely girl called Ailbhe; what a delightful little lady she is. I was so impressed with the professional manner in which she served me, making suggestions and truly going the extra mile. I can be quite indecisive at times and I was touched by her gentle manner and very grateful for her patience. Thanks to Ailbhe I walked away with a pair of light-weight, fashionable and extremely comfortable shoes…fantastic. Well done Clarkes for your shoes and but mostly your excellent staff and customer service. Deborah.”
