Ordered shoe NOv. 28. As of Dec. 19th still had not received them. According to my tracking # they were sitting in a warehouse in St. Louis for 2 weeks. I called and the problem was the Fed Ex delivery system. They couldn't seem to get them to our local post office before it closed. So, they tried again and it worked. Very discouraging. Next time either send to the house or by UPS.

Awful customer service, product never delivered and I’ve been waiting on hold for customer service for 3-1/2 hours already, with no resolution in sight. Will never order off their website again.

Horrendous call center and I imagine customer service but how would you know? On hold forever and if you leave your number, you won't "lose your place in line"... hahahaha. They just don't call you back.

I bought the shoes in December 1 in the web site. Today is December 20, 2019, and I still waiting for the delivery. I tried to call them but it’s a 90 minutes waiting, and they just ignore my emails. Bad experience. I wanna my money back since they can’t give me the product. So disappointed. Never came.

There is no page set up to print return labels. You can print return slip but your return label comes up as error or just no response. you going out of business for poor service?

Worst customer service ever. Ordered through their store in MD. Upon receipt, the size was too small. Called to return and left phone number for call back and no callback in one week. Called MD store, no help unless I take it physically to the store. Called the number in their email response, wait time 45 minutes and after an hour wait, no response. Worst customer service ever. If you are not located within their store vicinity, it is useless buying from CLARK.

Had a bit of a nightmare with delivery but the customer service team were amazing,spoke to 2 different members of the customer service team and they really went out of the way to help. Long story short they actually refunded the cost of the shoes which was £75.00 So they actually gave me a pair of shoes for free because of little bit of inconvenience. Very happy with that.

Received the Arla Free in khaki. This is a 3 eyelet shoe and Clark’s puts a 45 inch lace in the shoe. You have a nice looking shoe with sloppy appearance. It has happened before when purchasing 3 eyelet boat shoes from Clark’s. They use the same length lace in every shoe. A 45 inch lace looks fine in athletic shoes but not in a 3 eyelet shoe. If you submit a complaint, a return message says they cannot respond. Disappointing ... returning the shoes

Clark’s shoes said that they deliver in 8 day , but now they say will deliver in 30 days. It was a gift for my wife.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The shoes are okay but the customer service us the worst!!!! You try to contact them through email but they won’t respond except for an auto reply that says THEY CANNOT RESPOND, then you try to call them and they’ll put you on hold for almost an hour then you wait but ended up not being answered. You pay for and extra $$$ so you’ll get your order faster but you ended up wasting money coz they don’t deliver on the expected date of delivery and W/O ANY UPDATE to what happened to your order. Just the worst experience and DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDING TO ANYONE!!!

I was so excited when I placed an order (Order Number: 633384237) for the Sheer Violet Bronze, in order to wear them on my daughter's wedding. But so so disappointed when I realized that my shoes were so hard and nothing like the Clarks we knew!! I say "which we knew" as my daughter has also placed an order for the same pair of shoes, Sheer Violet Praline Leather, (Order Number: 632609238). Uncomfortable, hard, not at all soft. My both cou-de-pied are still on pain, 19 days so far. We're both disappointed and it's like throwing 200.00 euros into the trash.

Have loved my Clark’s cloud steppers sandals. I have at least 10 pair. But I was walking and the strap pull through just snapped. I called customer service. They said sorry. That was it! Sandals 1 year old

I LOVE Clarks shoes, I have wide feet, and they have saved me many times over the years. However … this season Clarks no longer seems to carry wide shoes, or for that matter shoes side 8 1/2 wide. Its been very frustrating to get emails every day advertising great shoes, and to have them over-populate my web sites, BUT THEY DON'T CARRY MY SIZE IN ANYTHING ANYMORE! wAHHH! How do I get their advertising off my web sites since i am so very very frustrated looking at great shoes they don't carry for every day Americans.

Their sizing has become way off. I've struggled for years to get a wide fit, flat ankle boot. Have tried size after size to get a fit, always having to order as the shops only hold a very small selection of sizes. I am a 5.5 and staff have advised sizing up to a 6.5 to get the correct width. It's ridiculous. Why don't they just make footwear wide anough for a slightly wide foot?? I end up with a good inch or more at the end of the shoes and still not wide enough.

I have to agree with the negative reviews concerning the more recent sizing of Clark shoes, specifically the women's sandals. Tried on just about every style of sandal at the Johnson Creek, WI, store in the regular, medium, width size that I have always purchased from Clark in the past and all were way too narrow... none fit me, not even the wider shoe which gaps. I am very disappointed because I thought I could always depend on Clark's for a perfect fit and wonderful comfort. Don't know where to look next! Hope all these negative reviews get the attention of Clark!!!!

Was in store568. Brian so helpful and really knew his stock. I wen’t to three other shoe stores nobody unzipped my boots and removed all paper inside! Only Brian did! Great salesman. Someone was smart hiring this young man. Satisfied customer : Rachel Birzin
