“i was absolutely disgusted by the treatment i was given by the door greeter, he gave me a dirty look, flipped me off and told me a dishwasher joke , extremely offended never visiting again !”

“St Albans Costa located at the Maltings is the best place to sit and enjoy some time with friends and family. Their customer service is impeccable. Lovely friendly staff who will go out of their way to make your visit special. It’s a wonderful beverage outlet with mouth watering cakes. The price of products is affordable. When you are treating yourself, sometimes price does not matter, and when you are being treated like royalty who cares?😊”

“Costa at Thorpe Bay, Essex is fantastic. The staff are always cheerful, even when very busy or short staffed. The cappuccino and latte are of the standard expected of Costa barristers. We visit up to 5 times a week and the standard never varies.”

“I went to Costa at Lombardy Retail Park, Unit 6A. 🤢🤮 Peach iced tea needed more flavour and my Iced Cappuccino was too strong and needed sugar.”

“Bought a filter coffee on Lowestoft retail park. Barista dispensed from Machine felt cup and said it's lukewarm and fetched a new bag of coffee to put in machine. Water trickled out of hot water machine added my milk and off I went to drink my freshly made coffee only to find it was just lukewarm again. Had a couple of sips and binned the rest...I suppose I should have returned it but as it was the second attempt I couldn't put my friend through it as she was the one that paid for our coffee and cakes.”

“Bought coffee and a bite to eat at Costa in Derbion shopping centre, that’s the one on the concourse out in the open. Put my shopping bags down to consume the food when a guy went ballistic at us and threw us out, really rude. So I just moved 2m outside of the Costa boundary and ate there, like a stray animal. Not going shopping again. Higher street is going to die if you carry on treating us like animals. Train your staff to be kinder to people who spend their money at your cafe.”

“Costa Ipswich. Such lovely and helpful staff at costa Ipswich, they made such a fuss over my three year old when they made her a baby chino showing her how to do the chocolate sprinkles ! They are very friendly and food and coffee is always top quality.”

“New costa at Harston Cambridge Have been there several times. Staff members are very friendly, especially like to give a big thumbs up for yesterday's customer service. I was offered free chocolates after purchasing coffee. Excellent service”

“Medium Mocha. Cup was between 1/2 and 2/3 full. I think Costa should be clear that when people order larger size drinks that the drink doesn"t increase in size, merely the size of the cup and the price. Seems like a bit of dodgy profiteering to me.”

“I been few times on st.anna costa coffee on Harrow was a manager in morning Rajan with no customer service, coffee was disgusting with pre hitting milk and all skimmed milk. When hes working i try to avoid. Others Colleague are ok. Hes need to go back in team member.”
