“This is the best Costa in Northamptonshire and I have visited most of them at some time or other. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, even when they are rushed off their feet, or even have difficult customers! There is both Drive 'thru and restaurant, which includes seating inside and out. Yet, despite all the extra custom the Drive 'thru brings, the staff are still friendly and do their best to be as quick and efficient as possible. I don't know how they do it, but they do, and always with a smile on their faces. I cannot recommend Sixfields Costa Coffee highly enough, they are simply the best!”
“As a regular Costa person enjoyed all the food over a long period but today was very disappointed my normal bacon bap as sooooo small with one very small rasher of bacon that was tasteless and I was charged same price as usual very disappointing hope this is not going to be a normal portion not value for money”

The person who served me was wearing a mask so it was not ear what she said. Suddenly I heard someone shouting at me in a very rude manner.
He seemed to be Manager of the shop and was very rude.

“Bought a filter coffee on Lowestoft retail park. Barista dispensed from Machine felt cup and said it's lukewarm and fetched a new bag of coffee to put in machine.
Water trickled out of hot water machine added my milk and off I went to drink my freshly made coffee only to find it was just lukewarm again.
Had a couple of sips and binned the rest...I suppose I should have returned it but as it was the second attempt I couldn't put my friend through it as she was the one that paid for our coffee and cakes.”
“Bought coffee and a bite to eat at Costa in Derbion shopping centre, that’s the one on the concourse out in the open. Put my shopping bags down to consume the food when a guy went ballistic at us and threw us out, really rude. So I just moved 2m outside of the Costa boundary and ate there, like a stray animal. Not going shopping again. Higher street is going to die if you carry on treating us like animals. Train your staff to be kinder to people who spend their money at your cafe.”

“Medium Mocha. Cup was between 1/2 and 2/3 full. I think Costa should be clear that when people order larger size drinks that the drink doesn"t increase in size, merely the size of the cup and the price. Seems like a bit of dodgy profiteering to me.”
