“We have been coming in and out of alder hey hospital liverpool since February 2021 with my son as day case or inpatient Everytime we come he likes to come to costa which is in the hospital. This costa is the best costa we have been to the staff and the service are a hundred to none, the staff are amazing very caring, bubbly and always have a smile on there faces no matter what and now we have got to know them we have a laugh too even on my hardest days they put a smile on our faces . I just want to say a huge big thank you costa and staff at alder hey Love amirah and faris”

“They have replaced the points system to bean system what a big disaster that is you know how to drive customers away you have already lost loads of customers and lots of people have lost there points, boycott Costa until they realise there big mistake. They told me that they listen to there customers that is lies no one likes this new system”

“What a joy to be at costa Northend London road Portsmouth since the manager took over the shop the services A1 you feel l si good from all the staff whit the new manager you give your order than you set wit smile your coffee coms with nice cold water and your first cap of the day just how you like it we are very lucky at north end to have manager and staff with this quality and help specially to the older people what. Else do you need”

“Used Gloucester Quays shop this morning. Arrived 10.40 eventualy served at 11.10. Only 1 person making coffee and food orders and 1 cleaning tables. Told more staff not in untill 12 noon. Ordered toast and jam for a child when it came it was toast only as they had no Jam. Toilet facilities out of order as no handle on door. Air con on full blast so place was freezing. (Thank God coffee was hot) staff unable to turn it down. Still huge que 's when i left at 11.55.”

“Had another delicious mocha today at Banstead Costa. Tariq and Amy are great baristas; they chatted with every single customer while I was there. Lovely to see so many regulars and the baristas knowing their drinks before they asked!”

“I purchased a Costa mug and it leaks I returned it to the shop which I purchased it from and they wouldn't replace it they told me to contact customer services, of which I have and I haven't had a reply from them. Mug was purchased on 3 July 2021.”

“I was hassled by 3 members of staff who told me to aggressively track and trace before I was getting my coffee, whilst I was waiting for my coffee the. Twice whilst I was drinking my coffee. I was then asked by an impatient fourth member of staff whilst sitting peacefully drinking my coffee to produce evidence. Are these kids on commission? Edinburgh Bruntsfield”

“Stood queuing for 20 mins only to be told they sold out of frostinies. They should have put up a sign. The place is very dirty and toilets bad and bad service.”

“Not sure what going on at the moment. One branch has no decaf constantly, its a coffee shop!! Went to another branch who firstly forgot my order then when i eventually got it it was overpacked. It went all over my car then the lid popped off so had to tip most of it out and then spent 10 mins cleaning my car, myself and the cup. Sort it out!”

“Went to Costa Coffee at Junction 27 Tiverton to purchase a mango and passion fruit cooler. The store was busy and there was long queue waiting whilst 2 servers tried to get the orders out as quickly as possible. I paid for my drink and waited patiently for my order only to still be waiting whilst they filled the cups, fetched more toasties, cooked toasties and filled the next customers order whilst I was still standing there. By this time two extra members of staff came out and I had to remind them they had not filled my order otherwise I would have still be standing. When she did fill my order she give me my cooler proudly saying I’ve given you the next size up due to the wait. Whoopee do, that was what I had paid for in the first place. When I started to drink the dam thing, I found in her haste to make the drink she hadn’t blitzed it properly and ice lumps got continually stuck in the straw which ended up a useless soggy mess but by this stage I was too far away to bring it back. Note to costa, when you are busy you should have enough servers on duty to cope with the demand and at these times you need to have a system in place so customers orders are not overlooked.”
