Everytime we come he likes to come to costa which is in the hospital.
This costa is the best costa we have been to the staff and the service are a hundred to none, the staff are amazing very caring, bubbly and always have a smile on there faces no matter what and now we have got to know them we have a laugh too even on my hardest days they put a smile on our faces . “They have replaced the points system to bean system what a big disaster that is you know how to drive customers away you have already lost loads of customers and lots of people have lost there points, boycott Costa until they realise there big mistake. They told me that they listen to there customers that is lies no one likes this new system”

“Used Gloucester Quays shop this morning. Arrived 10.40 eventualy served at 11.10. Only 1 person making coffee and food orders and 1 cleaning tables. Told more staff not in untill 12 noon. Ordered toast and jam for a child when it came it was toast only as they had no Jam. Toilet facilities out of order as no handle on door. Air con on full blast so place was freezing. (Thank God coffee was hot) staff unable to turn it down. Still huge que 's when i left at 11.55.”
