“On Wednesday this week I travelled from Hull Station x I called in at the Costa Coffee and was greeted by Will with a good morning and a happy smile . I enjoyed a croissant with butter and jam which he heated for me as requested plus an orange juice and tea . All of which I really enjoyed . As I was sat for a while waiting for my train I observed how Will greeted everyone with the same happy smile x he knew a few of the regular customers . He made my visit a pleasurable experience.”

“Costa coffee shops are now inundated with dogs, making it not a pleasant experience, the staff stroke the dogs, the place smells of dogs, they even have dog buiscuits and dog toys and water in the cafe. Not a nice experience.”
“The service is appalling and has been getting steadily worse for many months.
They donât clear tables, they have no clean cutlery, they have no paper napkins.
They donât seem to have a clue what they should be doing, especially with procedures relating to allergy and cross contamination control.
Whoever is responsible for running the Coffee shop in the âNextâ store in Merthyr Tydfil needs to get a grip on things as a matter of urgency.”
“I go into Costa on Westgate Guisborough nearly every day and the staff make all us regulars feel like one big happy family, we all know the names of the staff and they are just lovely to deal with and of course they know us by name, if someone hasn't been in for a couple of days the staff ask about to see if anyone knows if they are ok so we all feel like they look out for us.
If anyone deserves a pay rise it's the staff at this store!!.
