“Went to Costa at Edwalton today, they were short staffed, so Manager, Maria, got up and served us during her break. What service!! I had a, best ever, coconut hot chocolate and Hubby had a lovely flat white, complete with nice pattern. What a lovely experience. Drinks were tasty and hot, just as we like them. The store was warm and welcoming, with not too many customers, and was lovely and clean, as usual. The staff are lovely & friendly. Will call again for this great coffee experience.”

“Went to Costa ipswich anglia Park. Asked for a gingerbread latte with the cream and only got half a medium latte and half cream.not on.Always seem to have trouble here. To much in a hurry so you don't get the quality”

“Excellent service in the Kidlington OX5 store. Even though short of staff always get a very warm welcome and nothing is to much trouble for them. Would always use this store. Always clean and tidy when ever I have visited.”

“Costa at Next Silverlink North Shields. While we were there today for 2 coffees the staff never stopped, they cleaned tables constantly and were extremely pleasant.”

“Today 31 October me and my friends broke down on the m54 motor way. We went to Costa coffee on strafford Road Wolverhampton. I just wanted to put a review up for Holly she was so helpful and kind to me and my friend after a traumatic situation. Would just line to say thank you to Holly for looking after me and my friend.”

“Went to Costa Trinity Center in Leeds, were served very fast, the guy on the till was super friendly and nice and the girl on the coffee machine was very chatty whilst working, thumbs up for a great Halloween costume for both of them and for the lovely mocha i had.”

“I attended costa in The Avenue Newton mearns. I was instantly approached by an employee Sarah (who I later found out to be the store manager). Sarah was very passive aggressive and raised her voice at me stating “you cannot eat that in here”. I explained that I wished to purchase a tea and coffee and did not intend to eat the sausage roll that I had previously bought from another store and was still in the packaging however I was unable to finish my sentence when again, she said in a raised voice “you can’t eat that in here”. The shop was busy and I felt embarrassed and shocked that an employee would behave in this way, even more so that she is a store manager. I asked for the complaints process and again she was very passive aggressive and said that she “assumed” I was going to eat the sausage roll. She made no attempt to apologise and proceeded to give me the phone number of head office whilst repeatedly saying “wow”. Disgusting service and I will not be back.”

“Always found Costa a tad over priced but love the selection of drinks. Staff at our local store are lovely in Llandudno 👍 but sadly you have changed your points to beans 😡 Won't be going back again.”

“Went to Costa coffee in Forfar today , noticed tables were not being sanitised after customers left the 2 girls spent most of the time on their phones instead of clearing and cleaning the tables ,a disgrace when covid numbers are high”

“Allways look forward to having my morning coffee at Brunell retail park Reading,the manager is all-ways so jolly and has a very good bond with her team go past several other Costa stores in Reading to get to this one.”
