“Visited Drive through Costa in Lincoln (Outer Circle Road) Staff were laughing behind counter whilst the majority of tables were empty but had trays of used cups on them and had not been wiped down. Sanitiser bottle was empty. Is not a good example for Costa.”
“Increasingly rude service from Costa Coffee in Bedgrove Aylesbury. My wife and I have both noticed and commented on it separately. One of the male baristas (the one with grey hair) provides a substandard customer experience in our opinion.”
“Waited for 10 minutes to be served at the woolwich arsenal branch. When i did get served, my order was forgotten, but i had to leave without my drink as i was in a hurry. At least i got the points. I use costa a lot and normally the baristas are vey efficient.”
“I regularly have coffee at various branches of Costa and generally find them pretty good. However their Largs branch is the exception to the rule. They generally get the order correct on the majority of occasions but this morning's visit was the worst ever. Two toastie's handed to me within a few minutes of my order being placed and then had to wait 15 minutes, with the person in the queue behind me being provided with his coffee before me, only to receive coffee's that weren't what I ordered. Complained to the staff only to be told I hadn't been charged for what I'd actually ordered. In the meantime my wife had finished her toastie, mine was now cold and my extra hot coffee's were lukewarm. Worth giving the Largs branch a miss. Outside we noticed the Costa motto "we don't rush out coffee", certainly agree with that lol.”

In these times on Covid and the rise in infections I would like to think you would take this more seriously for the heath and safety of your customers and staff.
Will not be back on a hurry as I have not had Covid and don't fancy catching it because of unsanitary / Uncleared tables.”
“Went to Costa at Edwalton today, they were short staffed, so Manager, Maria, got up and served us during her break. What service!! I had a, best ever, coconut hot chocolate and Hubby had a lovely flat white, complete with nice pattern. What a lovely experience. Drinks were tasty and hot, just as we like them.
The store was warm and welcoming, with not too many customers, and was lovely and clean, as usual. The staff are lovely & friendly.
Will call again for this great coffee experience.”

“Went to Costa ipswich anglia Park. Asked for a gingerbread latte with the cream and only got half a medium latte and half cream.not on.Always seem to have trouble here. To much in a hurry so you don't get the quality”

“I attended costa in The Avenue Newton mearns. I was instantly approached by an employee Sarah (who I later found out to be the store manager). Sarah was very passive aggressive and raised her voice at me stating “you cannot eat that in here”. I explained that I wished to purchase a tea and coffee and did not intend to eat the sausage roll that I had previously bought from another store and was still in the packaging however I was unable to finish my sentence when again, she said in a raised voice “you can’t eat that in here”. The shop was busy and I felt embarrassed and shocked that an employee would behave in this way, even more so that she is a store manager. I asked for the complaints process and again she was very passive aggressive and said that she “assumed” I was going to eat the sausage roll. She made no attempt to apologise and proceeded to give me the phone number of head office whilst repeatedly saying “wow”.
Disgusting service and I will not be back.”
