“Ordered my usual Coffee Online this morning, unfortunately it went to the last store I ordered from and not the one I wanted to collect from this morning. Caroline, the barista at Chipping Norton, Costa was very helpful in resolving the issue and without question fulfilled my order. Excellent service. Thank you”

“Love this Costa coffee it’s in a unique setting. York railway station . Sit and watch the world go by. It’s elevated and it’s in a old signal box. Staff really helpful especially today when I got mixed up trying to use my app”

“Dorchester Costa review. Nice large cup of coffee which is the norm for Costa. BUT The toilets on the ground floor are atrocious. The first time I used the facilities I thought it might have been the cleaner’s day off or a one off but the next time I realised there was no change despite a gap of over 7 days between visits to the store. The waste bin was filthy. There was no toilet paper and the floor looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned since the last visit. There is no excuse for this sort of lack of attention to hygiene in a store which serves customers of all ages. I certainly wouldn’t want to change a child’s nappy on the changing mat.”

“This morning we stopped at costa drive through leisure park Basingstoke. There were not enough staff, only one person taking orders, we waited a long time to be served. No one said sorry for the wait. The muffins had labels 50% off. So we decided to buy 2. When we got to the counter we seemed to be charged full price! I looked at the receipt and we had paid full price. I asked why this was, at first she said I was wrong and then said that’s a label from last night. No apology at all. Where is the Customer service here. We will not be back.”

“I willleave 0 star if I can to. Worst company ever,paying low ,cuting your days off,not enough salary to live a decent life,you need to be an engineer,psycholog and cleaner,matematician or whatever it takes to be good,if you are too good they try to make you leave or make your life a hell. Coffee tastes like water sometime and super lazy baristas.”

“The new dairy free milks are disgusting. Pay to have a good coffee, only for the milk to ruin the taste. I bought/given gift cards for Xmas, but I wouldn't have asked for them if I knew that Costa was planning to move to these cheap nasty vegan milks. There are plenty of good manufacturers out there, most supermarket non dairy alternatives taste good but Coca Colas own brand is the worst.”

“My family and I regularly visit the Costa in Nantwich. Dan, who is an employee of the Nantwich Costa is excellent. His customer service is amazing and he always engages well with my daughter. Dan is warm in his interactions and has a great sense of humour. Dan, is an asset”
