“I was at Ealing Common costa and I can proudly say that I had the best coffee of the week, also very friendly and nice ladies.especially the lady with headscarf. Sorry I forgot your name, well done guys..I will also say that Wembley Central Costa is the worse one I have ever seen..”

“I love Costa latte I don’t like strong coffee so I get a I shot which is perfect I don’t like all their coffees though some are too strong but a lot of people love strong coffee their selection of sandwiches could be better the marks ones are not as nice as the original ones”

“Costa Brooklands Square, Milton Keynes. Very disappointed with the service. I asked for mango frappe medium and they served me in small cup saying that medium cup is finished. Staff were very rude as well. Never recommend to anyone.”

“No frappes delivered which was available until 4 weeks ago . Cakes csn be stale . Hot chocolate and ruby frappes no taste .”

“No manager it seems, kids pretending to clean or moving sandwiches about. One woman taking all the orders and one making coffee. Loads of us walked out after 30 minutes with hardly any coffee being made.”

“We visited the new Costa just opened at Somerford, near Christchurch today. It’s a new, fresh store which was very pleasant as was the staff. However, it seemed to take ages waiting for the actual order. Not sure if this was because of the drive in?? Fortunately, we had time to spare but there were quite a few customers getting quite agitated by the waiting time for their orders (presumably because they were workers etc..) shame because in every other sense, the experience was good.”

“Popd into bishopbriggs at retail..to be honest wouldnt be back felt filthy ...tables dirty ..maybe short staffed as staff havent stopped but wouldnt go back”

“Why aren't staff trained to sweep around the tables and entrance area outside the Costa Coffee Houses. All the ones I've visited are filthy. You wouldn't want to put your bag on the floor.”

“Cost now £3.35 for a medium latte. Now very pricey. Plus the Cheadle Hulme now paper cups due to staff shortages. Cakes mow smaller and again pricey. Not be visiting and have cheaper elsewhere. A”

“This is not the first time I have visited the store on Leeds road Huddersfield near the football ground today the store was quiet we ordered four drinks and three sandwiches which took fifteen to twenty minute to be ready as the two staff were talking to what seemed to be a friend the drinks order was a skinny latte and a latte and two other but didn’t tell us which drink was which between the lattes”

“Aberdare Costa must have the friendliest happiest staff of them all ( and I’ve been to few!) Always smiling and helpful and the service is quick and efficient- had an especially good latte today made by Johnny Cheers to all at Aberdare”

“Dodgy store staff, poor quality of food and drink The middle aged man with long hair and glasses has very bad personal hygiene, smells and seems to have an unhealthy interest in the children going there Food was cold when served and drinks tasteless, very unimpressed”

“Really love visiting Costa for a treat. Being a wheelchair user always find their facilities very good. However today visited Costa at Meadowhall, sheffield my carer always has a hot chocolate tried new Kit Kat one today. did not like it at all. was bitter and left a horrible taste in mouth afterwards. Not a good choice of flavours made by costa.”
