“Just had the ham and cheese toasted sandwich and can definitely say the worst I have ever had! For the price expected a lot more but was dry beyond belief and zero flavor and non existent fillings.”

“I have a coffee every morning at my local Costa which is located inside tesco at Harrow / London. Maria and the test of the yeam provide an excellent customer service . More importantly they always remember their local customer and get the drink even before asking . A smiley coffees always taste better and brighten up the start of the day .”

“The store in Walworth Road is absolutely disgusting place, I’m quite a regular( or was ) each and every visit I’m tired of battling with local thieves ( taking items from fridge and displays) likeways tired of attempting to find a seat most of which as an observation seating is used for local riffraff to come in and charge there phones. Have now had enough costa owners take note. Had a African women arrive didn’t make a purchase laid across back seats with her shoes off charging her phone it’s disgraceful especially those purchasing food have to deal with this.”

“Costa coffee Crewe retail park. We go in every day and enjoy the ambience and friendly staff. Unfortunately there are a few undesirables, in dirty and smelly clothes scratching their filthy hair frequenting the shop, and I'm sorry to say I find it very off putting when they are seated next to you. How is it they can afford Costa prices but not washing or clean clothes?”

“Hi there, regular customer at Costa cafe Swiss Cottage/Finchley road. Is there a manager that organised things? As lately, and quite often there is always something missing early in the morning, like butter? Bread? Etc.... it’s a shame really as it’s a pleasant place to go before work, but does the staff in the afternoon not organise what is missing and leave some for the next morning. I guess it’s really bad management, sorry to say. I have managed hotels here and back in Lisbon and I would never let my staff telling a customer, “sorry today we have bread but not butter”!! It’s a shame staff are very friendly but lots of things just don’t work the best and customers always come first, for the best image of a place. Thank you. This review is just to improve Costas service, which I Love”

“Was in kings college hospital ( I work on the ambulances ) I took my re useable cup and paid for a latte was met by two woman that was discussed that I hadn’t rinsed it out , one actually said next time rinse it so my reply was , I’m at work no sinks in an ambulance if it’s a problem I will pay for the take away cup . The woman just said no then carried on making my coffee in an unrinsed cup . I had no words except thank you . I have NEVER EVER been asked to rinse it before on the contrary all staff are more than happy to rinse it and send me on my way with the perfect coffee that I crave x2 a day”

“People who work for costa in particular,seem to think that they can talk to people the way that they like,horrible little madams with mouths like iron traps and the idea that they are something special,and no idea how to deal with people in general and they have no business in retail.”
